In another world I would have been a ballerina 🩰

Literally one of my fav shoots and definitely the hardest. Thank you @cifuentesmedia for capturing such a fun memory! First shoot in almost 2 years and it was a fun one!

And a massive shout out to @daynas_life for helping me make sure I didn’t break an ankle during this shoot 😂

here’s the thing. i compete in a sport where my body is literally judged on a stage.

So it’s safe to say some days i struggle with body image.

but then i think about the women in my life. the ones who show up, hype me up, and hold me together. not once has my love for them had anything to do with how they look.

so why would theirs for me?

be as kind to yourself as you are to them. 🫶

send this to a girl who needs the reminder, and save it for the hard days.

6th lFBB PRO SHOW IS OFFICIALLY IN THE BOOKS✨

Swipe for last two shows ➡️➡️

Six pro shows down.

Atlantic Pro Debut
Miami Pro
Sasquatch Pro
Wasatch Pro
Emerald Cup Pro
Ace of Stage Pro

No placing this time around and I’m okay with that.

I made the decision to fully commit to a new Fit Model division, and right now, it’s about listening to the feedback, making the adjustments, and coming back better every single time I step on that stage.

Give me the feedback.
Give me the lessons.
Give me the moments that challenge me.

Because sometimes you have to lose a few before you learn how to WIN.

This isn’t about proving anything to anyone else.

This is FOR ME.

And I definitely wouldn’t be here without my tribe!

My amazing husband, who continues to stand beside me while I chase these crazy, beautiful, audacious dreams.

My Fit Body Fusion family @jamidebernard , @fbf_papa_bear @fitbodyfusion thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and reminding me there’s always another level.

And one of the BEST parts of this journey has been the COMMUNITY. 🫶🏼 I’m so grateful for my FIT Fam and for the incredible gorgeous competitors I’ve had the opportunity to meet along the way. This sport has brought new friendships and some pretty amazing humans into my life. PRICELESS.

I’m JUST GETTING STARTED. 💋

With a full heart,
Hazel💕

Felt very lucky to get down and interview someone from home town Chicago.

Master perfumer @grimyz on location @fragrancehouselasvegas to talk about the exciting world of perfume. Zernell creates music-inspired fragrances @zernell.gillie that turn the feeling of music into beautiful scents you can wear every day.

What makes his work special is that these fragrances are made for everyone and at an affordable price.

In our interview, we talk about perfume, music, creativity, and how Zernell is helping bring high-quality, music-inspired perfumes to the masses.

Some of the biggest wins in bodybuilding never happen on stage.

Beyond the trophies and physiques, this sport can create friendships, mentorships, and meaningful connections with people who truly understand the journey.

Sometimes, the people you meet along the way become more valuable than the title you were chasing.

What meaningful connection has bodybuilding brought into your life?
