@ascend_strength_pt #StrengthAndConditioning session was going to plan (as much as a para session can) then things got interrupted slightly. Anyway good session with @dazzle_uk and @jonathanshields_paraclimber.

Had a fantastic session at @depotsheffield with @dazzle_uk, @erin_thephysio and @tild_g taping their left knee and ankle to try and mimic the restriction of a prosthetic. Next step (I think) is for me to try it on my right leg and compare the two.

The start of this route scared me, I'll admit, especially after watching @dazzle_uk heel hook it with ease. A move I knew I didn't have the corresponding muscles for! Unfortunately this video is of the second time I climbed it, because the first time I captured the moment by photographing the mat.

Also, I am back on my quest of climbing 100 F6Bs/F6B+s, which @9riptonite is reckoning is the equivalent to a V4. Meaning I've got 2 more ticked off without even realising it.

Apologies @gracewul_climbing_socks I did intend to talk about your climbing sock, I also did forget after enjoying the product name. Points for effort though right?

Time to get stronger.

Today was all about understanding where I am physically and identifying the biggest areas for improvement. Thanks to @ascend_strength_pt and @dazzle_uk for putting me through my paces!
