MAPYOURGYM V2 IS NOW LIVE Imagine signing up to a gym and being handed a map that shows you how to set up and use every piece of equipment. Not a quick induction you’ll forget by the time you come back for your first solo session. A map that stays with you, with workouts from day one built around that gym’s exact kit. No wandering about. No guessing what’s next. No wasted first sessions. Picture how much more confident you’d feel, and how much longer you’d stay on track. That’s MapYourGym. - 2D interactive maps: clear set-up and how-to for every piece of kit. Never be the person staring at a machine hoping nobody notices. - Workouts built around your gym’s equipment: know where to start and how to keep going. Walk in with a plan and walk out having actually done it. - Map guidance: follow a workout and the map points you to your next exercise. You can stop worrying about what comes next and just focus on the lift. - Find your in-house coach: browse the profiles of every coach at your gym and see who fits your training best. Then find their contact details in the app and get in touch, no awkward hovering at the front desk. - Find your fit: preview gym floorplans in your area and see which one suits your training best, plus amenities, equipment brands, staff, coaches and class timetables. Pick the right gym before you sign up, not after. - Build your own workouts: use the equipment in your gym and add them to your calendar. Once you’ve found your feet, make it yours and make it stick. - Leaderboard: earn points for completing workouts, hitting PBs and keeping weekly streaks, then see where you rank. Every session counts, and consistency gets rewarded, not just the heavy lifters. - Gym info: get notified by your gym on closures, offers or new classes and stay fully up to date rather than relying on Facebook posts or emails for updates. We’re now an app that can benefit ANY person that’s in a gym. Never been? We got you. Beginner? Yep, you’re covered. Experienced? Why not build, track and programme in your workouts FOR FREE. MapYourGym - available to download and use for FREE TODAY.

💚 SOME STORIES NEED TO BE HEARD. SOME CONVERSATIONS CAN CHANGE LIVES. I want to share something a little different today. Saturday was Mental Health Day, and I announced that I’d recorded a podcast with Dave Corfield. But this isn’t just another podcast. It’s an honest and vulnerable conversation. Dave opened up about a time when he was in a very dark place, struggling with drug addiction and involved in criminality. But that wasn’t where his story ended. Dave found fitness, which became an anchor in his life. He qualified as a personal trainer and opened his own gym around 14 years ago. What struck me most is that the gym has become about so much more than fitness. Today, Dave openly supports his clients and members with their mental health and wellbeing. His gym is a community, a place where people can talk, feel listened to and know they’re not alone. In our conversation, Dave shares his struggles, lessons and how he now uses his experiences to help others. That takes real courage. Your past doesn’t have to define your future. Sometimes, the experiences that nearly break us become the ones that help someone else. Dave, thank you for your honesty and for sharing your story. I hope this conversation reaches someone who needs to hear it. 🎙️ FULL Podcast click my bio. Let’s keep talking about mental health, removing the stigma and remembering that behind every person is a story we may know nothing about. 💚 Sometimes, simply listening can make all the difference. #MentalHealthMatters #MentalHealthAwareness #Recovery #Resilience #MensMentalHealth LetsTalk InspiringStories

More than coffee. More than customers. ❤️☕ Whatever life is throwing at you, when you walk through our doors, take your armour off for a while. Grab a coffee, have a laugh, have a moan, talk to us, talk to friends, or just sit and breathe. 😊 Then, when it’s time to head back out into that crazy world, put your armour back on and go fight those daily battles feeling a little lighter. 💪 And when you need to take it off again? Come back. We’ll be here. Always. You’re not just our customers. You’re our friends, our family and our community. ❤️ Caffè Sabrina — your little pit stop from the big bad world. #CaffeSabrina #MoreThanCoffee ☕❤️🇮🇹

Why would a sports massage therapist book a sports massage? Aman (@amanssportstherapy) and I both spend our time treating other people. We’re both active ourselves too, so we understand the demands that work and training place on our bodies. It’s also about how we think about recovery. We both want to carry on doing the things we enjoy for a long time, so our recovery is intentional. I was back at Aman’s treatment room at @dcgymnasium this week. He’s just run the Manchester Half, he’s got HYROX Valencia coming up, and he’s still looking after his own clients, so he’d booked a sports massage to help target the tightness in his legs. We do the same job and run our own businesses, but we don’t see that as competition. There’s always something to share and something to learn, whether it’s treatment techniques, training or the business side of things. Building a sense of community is important to us both and I always enjoy catching up with Aman. Thanks for trusting me with your recovery and good luck in Valencia, mate. - Shane #SportsMassageShropshire #SportsMassage #ActiveRecovery #HYROXTraining #Shifnal

THE LAUNCH DAY OF DREAMS I can’t believe the day finally came where I’d get to welcome so many of you into my dream clinic. At 11.55am, I turned to my mum and asked “what if no one comes?” 10 minutes later and for the next 2 hours, I had SO many faces pass through my door, some I’d never met, some I couldn’t imagine life without but all of you showing up for me meant more than you will ever know 🥹 As you can see here, I didn’t do very well taking photos but have managed to pull these together but please send any of your shots my way. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart 🤎
