When you check your pee, you’re probably just wondering if you need another glass of water. But there’s a lot more going on in there 💧

Every minute, your kidneys filter a full litre of blood. In sports science and medicine, urine analysis is used to track athlete recovery, spot kidney strain, and read vital health markers in real time.

Join DCU’s Prof Brendan Egan at the North Dublin Science Festival for interactive, hands-on urine testing to see what story your body is telling.

Tickets are completely free, tap the link in our bio to reserve your spot.
