On Thursday, February 12, 2026, I had the honour of attending the 2nd annual London Police Service Chief’s Gala at RBC Place London (@rbcplacelondon).

The evening recognized the incredible work of the London Police Service (@lpsmediaoffice) and its multifaceted team, and this year the raised funds, awareness and supported three incredible organizations - Bethanys Hope Foundation (@bethanyshope), Victim Services of Middlesex-London (@victimservicesmlondon) and the 2026 Special Olympics Ontario (@specialolympicsontario) School Championships, which London, along with the London Police Service and Western University (@westernuniversity) is honoured to be hosting this week.

This week from Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, May 28, 2026, London welcomes over 1,100 high school aged student-athletes, coaches and their families from across Ontario as they compete in five sports: basketball, bocce, floorball, track & field, and soccer.

Best wishes and good luck to all who are competing - may you have fun, while making lifelong friendships and memories, no matter the outcome, always remember that you are recognized and are representing your school and community at this prestigious provincial championship. I am so proud of you!! 💚💜❤️

Congratulations Prime Minister Mark Carney (@markjcarney)!!

Big things are happening and I’m ready.

To Peter Fragiskatos (@pfragiskatos), London Centre and Arielle Kayabaga, London West - I cannot wait to continue working with you as our Members of Parliament and I can’t wait for what’s ahead!

It’s time to build together. Because we are strong – Canada strong.

To all those who put their name forward to serve, to those who volunteered as part of a campaign, and to those who worked as poll officials with Elections Canada over the past number of days, thank you. None of this would be possible without you.

Together we are stronger. 🇨🇦

Today is International Women’s Day (@internationalwomensday_global).

It’s a day to celebrate and champion women and girls around the world - but it’s so much more than that - more importantly it’s a call to action.

Today, now more than ever - it’s critical and it’s time to respect, protect, listen (to), amplify, encourage and empower women and girls.

Everyone has a role in creating an equal and inclusive world for women and girls. We need to accelerate our actions - because women and girls lives depend on it.

Thank you to all women and girls who have helped me become who I am today, and who encourage me to learn, to reflect, and to grow, and help me to know better and do better. It’s because of you, I am where I am today, and I am grateful.

Thank you to Biochemistry 4955E - Community Engaged Learning and Research Skills
in Translational Cancer Biology at Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry (@schulichmeddent) at Western University (@westernuniversity) for having me in your lecture yesterday, Thursday, March 6, 2025. I had an incredible time sharing my 10-year journey thus far of living with chronic cancer, and my work in healthcare as a patient and family advocate, and my advocacy for adolescent and young adult cancer programs and services, for patients ages 16-39.
