Our company is moving so fast the only headshot I have is an Al generated one. @thestreet just featured Sytes, @deansloves and I. and honestly the timing is perfect because we’re in the middle of the craziest growth stretch we’ve ever had. We’re connecting expanding tenants with landlords and developers at a scale that didn’t exist a year ago. Tens of thousands of tenants requirement ssharing exactly where they want to open, matched to available real estate in real time. And instead of slowing down to do a proper photoshoot i’m over here letting artificial intelligence guess what I look like in a blazer. Priorities baby! If you haven’t seen the feature, it’s worth a read. Link in the comments.

1 year ago today Sytes had 0 seeking site listings and no customers now? 20,000 seeking site listings in all 50 states and almost 300 tenants (Including tenants that use us for their national expansion like Dutch Bros Coffee, @popeyes, @modwash, @fastsigns, @mcalistersdeli, @Huck's Food and Fuel, @dogtopia, The Learning Experience, @MySalonSuite & many more) It all started with the conference we are about to attend tomorrow, @retailliveusa Nashville I had two meetings set, one with Matthew Mehring and the other with Aaron Zucker (shout out to Kendall Whitaker for putting that one together) My pitch was ridiculous: A marketplace where tenants could list exactly where they need new locations down to the 1 mile radius across the country Landlords and developers could sign up and send them upcoming vacancies, pre-development sites and get land under contract based on where the tenants indicated they wanted to be Deals that would have never happened before would become reality just because these tenants were posting where they wanted a new location it would be powered by AI and filter all their site submissions so tenants would only see sites that met their needs perfectly and it would all be on auto-pilot. It would even handle site submission EMAIL'S for them automatically I knew it sounded nuts and they probably thought so too... but for some reason they both took a massive flyer on us and decided to start creating some seeking site listings by drawing a few circles on a map or sending us their market plan. and just like that we had McAlister's Deli, Jamba, Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Carvel & Schlotzky’s That was the spark that lead us to tomorrow... Where Sytes is now sponsoring and partnered with Retail Live! Nashville Tenants now have our AI powered QR code submission portals inside of the famous Retail Live! trade books and on display at their booths Oh...and i'm speaking at the Live With The Retailers Life is truly crazy I never in a million years thought Sytes would be in this position....we started with absolutely nothing except a crazy pipe dream

The last national tenant to join Sytes just caused us to hit 20,000 “seeking site” listings on the marketplace. So…we wanted to celebrate by drinking some coffee. We’re upgrading our servers (again) to handle the flood of new "seeking site" listings from tenants and tenant rep brokerages joining Sytes This is what happens when you stop playing the old email blast game and start using tech that makes site submission frictionless. By the way...can anyone guess who that new tenant is? If you guess right in the comments, i’ll DM you a link to a new beta test product we’re launching :)
