When was the last time you felt truly connected…
to yourself, to the Earth, and to something greater than yourself?

Beyond the noise.
Beyond the roles you carry.
Beyond the constant becoming.

Just breathing.
Feeling.
Listening.
Remembering.

Remembering that you are not separate.
You are part of something greater.
A field of life. A Source of love, consciousness, and creation.

#dearphangan #kohphanganisland #bibgourmand #welovefood #kohphanganfood

🌱 SPROUT TURNS 3 — GROWN ON THE ISLAND

Three years of Sprout.
Three years of growing, creating and being inspired by this island we call home.

To celebrate, we’re bringing together some of our favorite local makers, food creators and wellness spaces from around Koh Phangan for a special anniversary experience.

GROWN ON THE ISLAND is about more than celebrating Sprout, it’s about celebrating the people, ingredients, creativity and community that have grown alongside us. 🤍

For this celebration, we’ve created special collaborations with:

🍴 @dearphangan — Grown & Gathered
A special menu inspired by Koh Phangan and local ingredients.

🥥 @mamaema_baking — Sweetly Grown
A limited-edition dessert created together with Sprout.

🌿 @alongaromatic — Island Made
A special herbal inhaler inspired by island botanicals.

🪵 @phangan_kumlangdee - Heat, Cold & Botanicals
A Sprout botanical essential oil blend created for their sauna experience.

🧘 @soundofsanti - Sound & Stillness
Yoga, sound healing and moments to slow down and reconnect.

🏺 @cococlay.potteryclasses - Shaped By The Island
A special ceramic cup filled with Sprout coconut wax — made into our anniversary candle.

Come eat, taste, explore, experience and celebrate with us.

📍 Dear Phangan, Koh Phangan
📅 Sunday, 6 September
🕐 3pm - 7 pm

Sprout × Dear Phangan, require advance reservation.

Grown here. Made here. Celebrated together. 🌴🌱

Thank you for coming
