Read this if you feel like you are losing yourself 💚

There is a very specific, very quiet kind of heartbreak that happens when you realize you no longer fit into the life you spent years building.

The goals you used to chase don’t excite you anymore.
The habits you had feel hollow.

Even the reflection in the mirror feels a bit like a stranger.

It’s easy to look at this emptiness and call it being "lost." It’s easy to panic and try to sprint back to the familiar, even if that familiar was making you miserable.
But what if the confusion you are feeling right now isn't a sign that you've lost your way? What if it’s proof that you’ve finally found the courage to leave the wrong path behind?

The messy middle, the exact part where you are right now is where the real work happens. It’s where you shed the old layers to make room for the new ones. It doesn't feel elegant. It feels heavy, uncertain, and slow.

“You are just in the part where becoming who you actually are feels like losing who you thought you were.”

The next chapter doesn’t start when things magically get easy. It starts right now, in the middle of the fog, every time you choose to take one more step anyway.
You aren't disappearing. You're emerging ✨

I've done plenty of solo trips, but this one last year was truly special for exactly this reason.

Drop a 💗 in the comments if you needed to hear that you aren't lost today. Save this post for the days the journey feels a little too heavy.

Can we just stop pretending any woman actually wants to be the 'difficult' one? No little girl sits under a tree dreaming of the day she gets to be a total liability to men. We wanted safety. We wanted a fair wage. We wanted the bare minimum of human decency!

I love how the world labels a woman a 'bitch' the second she stops accommodating everyone else's comfort.

But let’s look at the actual facts:

We didn't ask for these sharp edges. We were given them by a system that expects women to be quiet while millions of pages of Epstein files get dropped, heavily redacted, and then magically vanish from the news.

We’re expected to ignore the total lack of accountability for the powerful men named, while everyday women get heavily policed just for raising their voices.

We wanted equity, but apparently, that was asking too much, so now we’re just matching the energy we’ve been handed.

Don't look at me like I'm the villain just because my boundaries don't come wrapped in a polite customer service smile. You made us this way by ignoring us when we were quiet, so don't start complaining now that we're loud.
