Heated Rivalry Shelfie!

My Heated Rivalry shelf is getting so packed, I have other stuff around but this one has most of it!

I can’t stop collection editions and I may have more on the way 🤭

I also just got this cottage sign from @mrsxtremists3dcreations and couldn’t wait to add it.

I won this AMAZING rebind by @debisbookbinding and no photos can do it justice!! Look at it!!! It’s so pretty, like Shane’s freckles 😍

The rink end pages and the little hockey charm bookmark 😱 I love it!!!

Thank you so much for this amazing bind. I wish I knew how to bind books, it looks like such a process and takes so much talent.

Check out her instagram for other really cool binds!

ACOTAR REREAD DIARIES 🌹🗡️✨

I first read the ACOTAR series about four years ago and absolutely flew through the entire thing because I was OBSESSED.

But since the book six and seven reveals, I’ve realised that the main things I actually remember are the wingspans, “put your hands on the headboard”… and apparently not much of the actual plot. 😂

So, I’m going all the way back to the beginning.

This time I don’t want to absolutely inhale them. I want to slow down, annotate as I go, properly get to know all the characters again and hopefully pick up on all those little details, clues and crossovers I definitely missed the first time.

I’ve made myself a really low pressure reread schedule and I’m going to switch between physically reading and the audiobooks depending on what I fancy.

So if you’ve also realised you remember the wingspans better than the plot… come and reread them with me! 😂

I’ll pop my full low-pressure reread schedule in the comments so you can follow along! 🫶🏼

What is a book you’ve read recently that totally took you by surprise? I didn’t believe the hype and was prepared to hate Dungeon Crawler Carl because I’m not a video game person. But to my surprise, I became absolutely obsessed with this series. It’s part of my top ten, maybe even top five, favorite series.

3️⃣ Three for Thursday and Throwback Thursday 3️⃣

Thank you so much to @cragginook_loves_books for tagging me in this double challenge 🙂.

I decided for my three throwbacks of favourite books to focus on classics (modern included) and these are the three I picked. I loved all of these in different ways.

I’ve tagged some of you but feel free to join in if you see this, three of your favourite books (any genre, you don’t need to pick the same as me).

Hope you’ve all had a fabulous Thursday. One more working day for me and then it’s the summer holidays 👏.

Have you ever tried to rebind a book? I never have, but I love seeing the creativity of all of the artists out there doing these rebinds. Especially when it’s for a favorite book that doesn’t have any special editions yet! Thank you Debi!

This gorgeous rebind edition of Dungeon Crawler Carl was done by @debisbookbinding 💗 I’m absolutely in love with the little cat, donut, and crown charms on the ribbon bookmark. Oh…and the grumpy cat on the front is so cute. This edition would make Donut squeal in delight!
