It takes a village Regenerated Minds is looking for mentors who are ready to pour into the next generation. 💚 Whether you’re a teacher, nurse, business owner, artist, first responder, tradesperson, coach, lifeguard , community leader—or simply someone with life experience and wisdom to share—your story matters to a young person who’s still writing theirs. Our mentorship program runs for six months, but you do not have to commit to every session. Choose the Saturday—or Saturdays—that work for you and show up when you can. Throughout our 12-session program, our young people will develop practical knowledge and skills designed to strengthen the Mind, Body & Soul. Link to sign up forms are linked in bio 🧠 Identity & Self-Worth Knowing who they are, recognizing their strengths, understanding their worth, and refusing to let labels define them. 🌺 History, Culture & Land Learning the true history of Hawaii and connecting to the land. 🌱 Resilience & Perseverance Learning that failure isn’t the end, how to get back up after setbacks, and how to stay grounded in self, kupuna, and community are important. 🛡️ Know Your Rights Understanding rights, learning how to communicate to anyone with confidence. 🥋 Self-Defense, CPR & First Aid Learning personal safety and awareness, true self-defense, de-escalation exercises, what to do during an emergency, and basic CPR and first-aid skills. 🌱 Food, ʻĀina & Self-Reliance Learning how to grow food, read food labels, cook, understand food as medicine, and recognize the importance of being able to help feed themselves and their families. 🧘🏾 Mental & Physical Wellness Learning meditation, grounding, exercise, how stress affects the body, and healthy ways to steady the mind and strengthen the body. 💰 Money & Media Literacy Understanding paychecks, banking, credit, debt, taxes, and scams—while also learning to think critically about the media they watch, hear, and consume. It was wonderful to close out 2023 with a Medicine Wheel gathering. Mahalo to all who joined us for another powerful workshop! It was super special to have Mary Lou (Susan’s mom) with us to share as she is the kupuna who first passed on these teachings to us. Over the years we’ve been blessed to be loved and mentored by others as well. This simple yet profound medicine just gets more and more potent as we navigate our journey and help others along the way. May the lessons of 2023 bless you and guide you through your journey in 2024. Thank you for being part ohana. We are grateful for you all. 🙏🏽❤️ #mindbodyaloha #2024 #empowerment #lifejourney #livealoha

It’s so special to be with people who show up authentically… ready to explore their own inner realms. When we breathe into those stagnant places within our body and mind that keep us stuck in the past or in some idea of our future, something magical happens… individually and collectively. Moving between the breath and the breathless state, we move into a sense of spaciousness and expansion… where we are no longer bound by the roles that define us. Thank you for joining us on our “Activation Alchemy” journey on Friday night at @bellakaihotyoga. We look forward to the next adventure. Until then… keep breathing, keep expanding, keep being all that you are.🙏🏽
