We’re Dec and Steffen, two brothers from Broadstone and the owners of FORME.

Fitness and sport have always been a big part of our lives, but it’s our different experiences that really shaped what we wanted FORME to become.

Dec’s background in physiotherapy and elite sport has shown him first-hand just how important the right movement and exercise can be, not only for performance, but for recovery, strength and everyday wellbeing.

For Steffen, reformer Pilates became a big part of his own recovery from a prolapsed disc a few years ago, giving him a completely different appreciation for what it can offer.

It’s a big part of why we wanted to bring FORME to Broadstone.

To create somewhere that combines genuine knowledge and a performance-led approach with a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, whatever their starting point.

Whether you’re looking to improve performance, build strength, return to exercise after injury or simply feel better in yourself, we want FORME to be somewhere you can learn, develop and make real progress.

We’ve kept things intentionally small, with just five reformers, brilliant instructors and a space we’ve put a lot of thought into. That way, everyone gets the attention they deserve and feels comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

It’s been brilliant seeing people come in and give it a go already. We’re really proud to have built something here in our hometown and can’t wait to see where it goes.

If you haven’t visited us yet, pop in, have a look around and say hello. We’d love to meet you!

He has been the star of the f1 season aside kimi, Liam Lawson has had a insane season so far considering the amount of hate he received in his first couple of stand in years. The last couple years including the stupid drop from the main team has totally changed liam. And his physique change in 3 yrs is genuinely insane. Let's hope racing bulls keep him for 2027.

The best way to offset hours of not moving? To trainer @declanfoley_ it’s simple: spend plenty of time in the bottom of a bodyweight squat position. Foley and Sam Village, F1 performance coaches, join @ebenezersamuel23 on #strongtalk to discuss the unique fitness required to be an F1 driver — and what everyone can learn from them — any link in bio.

Yeah, yeah, F1 racers spend play their sport from behind the wheel of an ultra-fast car. That doesn’t mean they can’t teach you plenty about fitness — especially when it comes to neck strength and mental strength! Trainers Sam Village and @declanfoley_ , who work with @liamlawson30 and @arvid.lindblad on the VCarb racing team, broke that down with Ebenezer Samuel on the latest edition of #strongtalk
