ON THE MARKET | Brentwood 🤍

We know this house intimately. We’ve been involved since day one.

Alongside designer Jordan Bakva, we took 1004 N Bundy and reimagined it with one goal: create a home that feels collected, considered, and like it has always belonged here.
Every decision was intentional; european white oak floors, limewashed walls, handmade zellige tile, vintage Italian lighting, reclaimed Spanish tile, a kitchen wrapped in honed Breccia Capraia marble with a La Cornue range, plus a full catering kitchen tucked behind a paneled door. Outside, mature landscaping surrounds a new pool, waterfall pond, multiple terraces, a guest house, and private gym. It feels tucked away from Los Angeles without actually leaving it.
