Additional classes @somethingsomething.preloved 🌗

Will be teaching 2 extra classes in this gorgeous showroom in Antwerp (before leaving belgium again)

Oct 2nd 8pm
Oct 4th 7am

Both classes will be a power sequence, focusing on strength and balance by holding poses and staying in an asana for up to 10 rounds of breathing. By holding poses for a longer time and utilizing a low repetition approach, we spice up those deep core muscles while lengthening the tighter ones 🌞

Relax your forehead and your eyebrows
Soften your tongue

Drop your shoulders
Lengthen your neck
Unclench your jaw

Soft gaze forward

Exhale loudly
Fully empty
Arrive here

That’s where you start (your week)

Happy monday 🌞
