Week 22 at French Pastry School marked the culmination of a dream and what a wild, emotional roller coaster it has been! As I share these bts moments from our final buffet, I’m reminded of every long day and late night that led to this achievement. I’ve always envisioned this moment, and seeing it come to life fills me with a deep sense of fulfillment and pride. I am endlessly grateful for the unwavering support of my family, who believed in me no matter what, and for the incredible people I met over these six months who turned every challenge into a cherished memory.

Reflecting on this journey, I must also express my heartfelt thanks to the exceptionally talented chefs whose expertise and generosity enriched my learning experience. Though it’s bittersweet to bid farewell to this chapter, my heart is brimming with gratitude and excitement for the next adventure. I leave with new skills, countless memories, and the promise of more joy to come. Thank you, everyone, for walking this path with me your support means the world. Ludhiana, get ready: I’ll be coming back soon, armed with fresh knowledge and an even happier spirit! 🫶🏻

Graduated from ENSP! After 6 months of french pastry arts training in Yssingeaux, it has come to an end. And it's time to start a new chapter of internship life in Grenoble.
It's been a pleasure to be trained in such a famous and fantastic school like École Ducasse, also in a beautiful little town like Yssingeaux. Those mountain I used to hike 🏔️, the starry night sky 🌌. And my dear classmates also, all that chitchat and laughter through the room 😆. I'll miss everything ❤️.
