A little knitting inspiration I’d love to share with you 🧶

Colourwork Knits by Dee Hardwicke @deehardwicke is a beautiful collection inspired by the British countryside and the changing seasons. Dee is an artist, designer and knitter who transforms her nature-inspired sketches into colourful knitting patterns. Started joining the knitted pieces using the mattress stitch. I’m really curious to see how this turns out in the end. I definitely need to be in a Zen state of mind for this. #damaskwrap #fairisle #knittedpatchwork #strandedcolourwork #damaskfabric

Another moment for my clematis scarf 🌿 Looking forward to wearing this fall and winter! This scarf holds special memories for me as I started it on my trip to Spain last summer. I chose this pattern in part because clematis is a native plant in the regions I was visiting. I thought I might finish the whole scarf during the trip but that was very delusional of me and ended up working on it for 6 months after returning 😆 I added a couple photos of some beautiful gardens I saw during my travels, and with this scarf I tried to replicate a tiny bit of that beauty to bring home with me!

Have you already picked a favourite from our Laine Anniversary Issue?

With 23 patterns, choosing what to cast on first might be difficult enough. So we’re making the next step a little easier.

Six of the designs in our anniversary issue are knitted fully with Laine x Novita, our signature yarn collection, and we’ve now created knitting kits for them. Simply choose your size and colourway, and we’ll gather the yarn you need for your project. Swipe to see which ones!

Reitti is a boxy colourwork sweater featuring simple shapes and motifs, easy-to-knit repeats and no long floats. Designed by Weichien Chan, it is knitted seamlessly from the top down in the round with Laine x Novita DK and features a round yoke.

The sample sweater is knitted in shades Weathered Driftwood (MC) and Silent Storm (CC).

Featured in the Laine Anniversary Issue, the Scarborough sweater by Jonna Helin is a relaxed, timeless turtleneck worked seamlessly from the top down with classic raglan construction.

Surprisingly light and airy, it is knitted at a loose gauge with one strand of Laine x Novita 4ply held together with two differently coloured strands of Novita Edith Silk Mohair, creating a soft, beautifully draping fabric.

The sample sweater is knitted with Pine Forest (Laine x Novita 4ply), held together with Grove and Poet (Novita Edith Silk Mohair). Get creative by picking three colours to create your unique combo.

The Cadence sweater by Marie Régnier draws inspiration from the rhythmic grids of Modernist architecture, where repetition creates structure and balance. Its boxy V-neck silhouette and European shoulder construction are complemented by cables, ribbing and a Latvian braid, bringing subtle variations in rhythm and a quiet, tactile sense of harmony.

The Cadence sweater is knitted in Laine x Novita DK in shade Tender Fog.

Featured in the Laine Anniversary Issue, the Interval scarf by Marie Régnier explores structure through repetition, rhythm and form.

The sample scarf is knitted in Laine x Novita DK shade Deep Burgundy.

This Bauhaus-inspired sweater by Alma Bali combines a relaxed, timeless silhouette with bold graphic details. A woven-effect frieze at the hem and colo

One room, a whole lot of flowers. 🌸 From every cupboard to every corner, this space is full of thoughtful details and our Lattice Pebble Grey flooring designed in collaboration with @deehardwicke ties it all together beautifully.

Would you fill your home with florals, or keep things a little more subtle? 🌷

Pattern Warm Terracotta is totally trending and for some of our photoshoots, our expert fitter Matt has a clever trick… 👀

He loose lays the flooring to create that perfectly finished look for the camera, then once we’ve got the shots we need, it can be lifted straight back up!
