☀️ Meet your Sunny Daze Platform Crew! ☀️

From loading plates and spotting lifts to keeping the flights moving and the energy high, they’re a big reason everything runs smoothly from first squat to final deadlift.

Their hard work, focus, and dedication help create the best possible experience for every athlete on the platform. Whether you’re chasing a PR or stepping onto the stage for the first time, they’ve got your back.

We couldn’t put on events like this without our incredible staff. Their commitment never goes unnoticed, and we’re grateful for every one of them.

Be sure to show them some appreciation this weekend!

Say hello to your RCR4 Platform Crew!

Some real MVPs — loading plates, keeping you safe during your lifts, staying sharp, and keeping the entire meet running like clockwork. Every smooth attempt, every quick change, every hype moment… that’s them.

We truly couldn’t do these meets without our staff. Their energy, their hustle, and the way they’ve always got our athletes’ backs does not go unnoticed.

Make sure you show them some appreciation this weekend 🥊
Let’s put on a SHOW.

Athlete highlights #12 @untappedpwr

534 lbs / 242.5 kg x 2 PR for @yakattack75kg
This capped off a training total for reps, that is only 12.5 kg off Alex’s comp pr. All lifts are going well. Keeping the lower body secondaries light & getting majority of the work in on those days via RDL + belt squat has been key for health and sustainability.

419 lbs / 190 kg ATPR for @gerky_99
This wraps up our 3rd block together. When Gerky joined the team, he was in rough shape with a glute injury that prevented him from deadlifting and squatting without pain. Over the last 3 blocks we rehabbed the glute, were able to nail this ATPR squat, and are back within striking distance on the pull.

331 lbs / 150 kg bench (20 kg over the comp max) for @craig.lift this is our last heavy bench heading into competition early February. Excited to put together a good day and smash a PR total

500 lbs / 227 kg x 2 PR for @deep.gains - this is 12 lbs off the comp pr from December. The switch to mixed grip and controlled pacing has been a game changer for Mandeep’s Deadlift!

484 lbs / 220 kg squat single(s) PR @noah.g_83 - In a fantastic spot with Noah’s training. Loading an ATPR and smashing it for 2 smooth singles is a great feeling. Going to cruise into the 500’s in the next block.

50 lbs total PR @deep.gains 🥈
First IPF affiliated meet

210 kg / 463 lbs ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 3/3 + 5 kg PR
142.5 kg / 314 lbs ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 3/3 + 12.5 kg PR
232.5 kg / 512 lbs ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 2/3 + 7.5 kg PR
(Deadlift was retake of missed second)

8/9 lifts made
585 kg / 1,288 lbs
22.5 kg | 50 lbs PR total

Great first meet together, Mandeep switched from the WRPF specialty bars to the stiff bar and added 50 lbs to the total under stricter standards in 5 months.

We missed the second deadlift due to grip (hook) and retook it mixed grip to secure the QT for Centrals & Provs. Other than that it was a perfect day.

We are now full time mixed grip and getting ready to pull something huge & total into the 6’s.

Mandeep did a great job adjusting to the standards in the CPU, and followed the plan exactly how it was written. We spent a while ironing out some technique stuff on the squat. Things are looking much better now.. Time to build, Centrals next 🇨🇦
