🔥GREAT BOWLS OF FIRE BROUGHT THE HEAT! 🔥🎳
What a FUN time bowling for such a GREAT cause! ❤️ I had the pleasure of serving again as team captain and bringing together an amazing team to support Sickle Cell Awareness at the 16th Annual Savvy Affairs Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon!

We came ready to compete with our sunglasses 😎, plenty of team spirit, and even cheerleaders with pom-poms! 😂📣 We had one of the biggest teams in the tournament, and although we didn’t take home the win, Great Bowls of Fire came VERY close with an impressive score of 1,270! 👏🏽🔥

A special shout-out to @zeemullen / @savvyaffairs for hosting another amazing event and continuing this wonderful tradition for 16 years! ❤️ Thank you for bringing people together for such an important cause and helping raise awareness for Sickle Cell.

Proud of my amazing team, grateful for the experience, and always happy to show up for a great cause! ❤️🎳 A very special shout out and thanks to @sierragraphicimaging @seven06zx14 for making our fabulous 🔥 team Tshirts. You’re the best! ❤️🥂

🏆🎶 YEAR 3 AS A GRAMMY U MENTOR! 🙏🏽🔥

Blessed and honored to be returning for my 3rd year as a mentor with the Recording Academy’s GRAMMY U Mentorship Program! 💿🏆

For me, it’s bigger than music. It’s about pouring knowledge into the next generation of creatives, sharing real industry experiences, opening doors, and helping upcoming artists, producers, songwriters, and engineers turn their passion into purpose.

I’ve learned so much throughout my journey, and being able to give back through mentorship is something I never take for granted.

The goal isn’t just to create hits — it’s to create opportunities, build relationships, and leave a legacy! 💯

Thank you to the @recordingacademy and @grammyu for another opportunity to inspire and empower the next generation of music professionals!

YEAR 3! LET’S GET TO WORK! 🚀🎹

THANK YOU 🙏🏾 @grammys @recordingacademy

Composers are the driving force behind the emotional and narrative power of the music that soundtracks our lives.

They are critical storytellers, shaping how an audience feels, reacts, and interprets.

My name is Major88keys , and I am a composer. I have the privilege of being one of the many critical storytellers, shaping how audiences feel, react, and interpret the music that soundtracks our lives.

I’m joining the Recording Academy’s @songcompwing to #SupportTodaysComposers and celebrate the creativity and contributions composers bring to today’s musical landscape. Join me in supporting today’s composers 🏆

Welcome to another PRO BGV SHED SESSION🎤🔥

In this clip, had no song chosen for us to shed to. Amanda suggested we learn “Happily Ever After” by @iamstillcase.

We went into it thinking, “Oh, this should be easy. It’s from the ’90s. Harmonies weren’t THAT complex back then…” 😂 We all knew the melody and the lead but had never dug into the BGVs…

LITTLE DID WE KNOW this ended up being one of our most challenging songs to learn parts to! So challenging that we had to stop and look up who vocally arranged the song… and that’s when we discovered it was @deepchrish. 😂

Well… THAT explained everything!

Thank you, Christopher Henderson, for giving us a REAL challenge. This one was fun.

I’ll be posting the results soon. 👀 STAY TUNED!
