#JourneyofanArtist returns with #PamelaEnz! A playwright and hybrid collagist, Pamela Enz is a passionate artist and a multimedia creative. She's worked in New York City for years, sharing moving stories like City Girls and Desperadoes and Afterwards with an eager theater scene. She's also worked on films and as a visual artist. Her work has been lauded as profoundly human, with masterful emotion and dialogue reminiscent of Tennessee Williams. In this episode, Pamela talks about how her career as a playwright evolved, how her real life has informed her writing, and how important dedication to a beautiful work is when seeking creative collaborators. She also talks about building the right creative team for your project. Pamela's joy in and reverence of her art is so apparent, and I can't wait for you to hear our conversation! Tune into @deepellumradio today and Sunday at 1 PM Eastern/12 PM Central, or catch the episode as a podcast on Monday! #newpodcastepisode #playwriting #theater #creativeprofessionals

#JourneyofanArtist is NEW and exclusive! Tune into @deepellumradio today at 12 PM Central/6 PM Irish Time for a sneak peek at the brand new album from Ireland’s introspective alt-rock artist, @christiancohle! We talk about addiction, love, recovery, and the importance of a continual, humble journey of self-improvement. We also talk about music as a medium for true, unfiltered honesty; songwriting as meaningful therapy; and how instrumentation becomes a form of emotional illustration for the things with which we’re dealing as artists. Christian talks about his journey of self-love that inspired his new record, Queen of Ashes, and gets real about the internal struggles behind some of the new songs. Plus, hear sneak peeks of “Venus” and “Queen of Ashes”! Fans of #DavidBowie, #TearsforFears, and #EltonJohn won’t want to miss this episode or the new album! Can’t listen live?
