A time was HAD celebrating Pamela’s birthday last night! From the food, to the constant laughter, to the absolute but whooping we did on the birthday girl in the game show 😂. I cannot even begin to tell you what a GOOD time we had! The laughs were nonstop and the energy was unmatched. You truly had to be there!
It was a whole VIBE. Happy Birthday, Pamela! 🎂🥳

i am so incredibly grateful for the time i've been blessed to serve my beautiful clients at @cornerstonehealing! it's been a sanctuary and a home for my business for the past 14 years!! but in life, there's always change, and change comes with the opportunity to create anew. this new year i'm creating more... more growth, more expansion, more self expression in new ways and new spaces! please stay tuned... more exciting info to come soon.

Some rooms hold more than conversation… they hold purpose.

I had the opportunity to spend time with the BECA Alliance team at Paramount a couple weeks ago … an organization founded by the visionary Jerri Devard, whose commitment to elevating Black executive leadership is felt in every detail. Huge appreciation to her and the entire BECA team for creating a space rooted in intention, excellence, and service.

The BECA (Black Executive CMO Alliance) cohort graduation was guided by host Michelle Miller, with a powerful keynote from Carla Harris, and surrounded by leaders still doing the work. On a personal level it was special to reconnect with Ken Chenault and Jacqueline Woods, and to make new connections.

Getting to sit in on a few sessions (while working) was priceless… a reminder that when wisdom is shared and doors are held open, everyone rises.

Thankful this was my last project for the year. The teams leaned in to make this experience a good one for all involved. Thank you Ari! Appreciate the trust. We talked about this community glad I got to see it first hand.

Grateful. Grounded. Inspired to see the commitment to giving back to the next generation of leaders it at this level in action!

B. Honest, you know you need some.

Speaking directly to your ashened knees and knuckles:

𝑀𝒶𝒹𝒶𝓂𝑒𝓈 𝑒𝓉 𝓂𝑜𝓃𝓈𝒾𝑒𝓊𝓇𝓈, I am here to remind you of your Shine. Ash is what you rise from- not who you are.
