Thank you for making our 4th edition of Nibbling Thoughts another sold out event 🙌 But the real magic is seeing 40 strangers skip the small talk and move straight into the stuff that matters, this time tackling the topic of love - the beliefs, the cultural scripts, and the narratives we have internalised … sometimes until we hear other perspectives. We loved getting feedback post event and finding out how much things shifted for people in just 2 hours We couldn’t have done it without our food partners this edition @wearejunglekitchen and their thoughtful brand and menu which fueled the meaningful convos and our calming venue @almahouse.sg which saw a bulk of the guests staying on an hour past the event just to chat more - that’s the real success, creating genuine connection. Stay tuned for another 2 editions this 2026

Thank you to everyone who showed up with openness and curiosity to our third Nibbling Thoughts. Through curated questions paired with bites from guest chef @kylemichaelhenderson , we explored the tension between striving for excellence and seeking contentment. The conversations were exactly what we hoped for. Our next edition: Love is a Jungle 📅 12 Feb 2026, Thursday | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM @almahousesg . Inspired by Valentine’s Day, we’re questioning beliefs and narratives around romantic relationships, moving beyond the clichés. With food by @wearejunglekitchen paired with each question. 🎟️ Early bird: $58 | Standard: $70 (fully vegetarian menu, includes welcome drink + 4 shared bites). Only one session, limited seats. Oh Singapore, I love you so. 🇸🇬 Ten days in November filled my heart… slipping back into my old shoes, seeing familiar faces, feeling that spark again. Until next time, you sexy city. ✨ I’ll be dreaming of the hawkers till then.

Tranquil memories from a mini State of Rest which I put together as HOD of Wellness for @newbahru Enrichment Day, designed to be both a place and a state of being. I’ve always had a wide range of interests and work that often goes from day to night so balancing down time and replenishing my energy is key. So even though I only had 3 weeks to organise this while travelling, didn’t want to miss the opportunity to champion the importance of restoration and the 7 types of rest we need - Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, Sensory, Creative, and Spiritual rest as a counter balance to the constant productivity drive that city life in Singapore tends to endorse. With 61% of the population saying they’re facing burnout and 80% saying they’re stressed, with even higher numbers among those 18 to 24, this is not a small problem. Grateful to have the tools and be able to share them, and to have friends willing to share their gifts in support of the cause, raising money for @loveaidsg work in Gaza in the process. A big thank you again to all the collaborators that made a mini State Of Rest possible on short notice - @sojaoshop and @bayshop.sg for the ridiculously comfy covered mattresses, @omno.store for the soothing scented room mists, @leeliugoddessma for the grounding opening and lullabies, Antonio of @harmonic.circle for the live handpan playing, @ryantheweatherman for the on point playlist, Hillary of @sundialstudiossg for the hand drawn DIY peace totems people could creatively express themselves with, @ngmeizhi for the mindful tea tasting, Pei of @inmi.space for the guided transformational breathwork and finally @chrispy.ep for the closing healing soundbath and sponsoring some @curatedculture_sg Relax to help us all unwind even further. We had limited time and mats this time so didn’t really promote this but the ambition has always been to do this experience on a much larger scale. Please reach out if you’d like to support this or want to attend. In the meantime, enjoy your weekend and rest wellllllll xxx 📷: @newbahru #stateofrest #deeplycuriousco
