✨Have we mentioned that we love community? I mean I guess we did, it’s in the name 😉.

🙏🥰We are truly thankful for every one of you who show up to hang out, co-work, go to events, shop @magicknaturellc, tarot readings from @hellojosefine, and care by @easternsierrachiro, Rocky’s Massage, and @medicinetrickster. Also a thank you from me, @deepthoughtdesignco to everyone who works with Root Down, says hi and works directly with me! Events 👇

Upcoming, we have Ukulele lessons with the talented @elizabethpetramusic, community yoga with @siokenney, Open mic night, Reiki and Sound Bath with @heartopenreiki. Keep an eye out for dates on here and the website!

☀️Summer is a calm season for events at Root Down, because we’re all out enjoying the outdoors and all of the incredible things the Eastern Sierra has to offer.

🌱We still have our excellent hangout spot with comfy chairs and AC AND you can also peruse plant selection. If you’d like to take a baby home (labeled trays and the plants on the right set of shelves), you can pay us on Venmo or Zelle! Just remember, when we’re here, you’re always welcome! See you soon!

1. Invest in handmade health products from local artisans for natural care during the winter season!
2. Explore local wellness services like yoga or holistic health workshops.
3. TREAT YO SELF - mental health is #1 priority 👌

The second installment of Neurospicy Designer was a great one. We chatted about Neurospicy Superpowers and how those work for us as designers.

Jorde and Nicole both share some similarities and differences in these topics - Hyperfocus / flow state and how that translates to projects and work, Curiosity out of boredom and making allowing that to turn into great inspiration, and also how we work and connect with others due to rejection sensitive dysphoria and how that creates great client relationships.

Join us next month August 6th to chat about People Pleasing & Boundaries with a bonus tool!
