Former Silverado track athlete alumni Deja Dames (2017) AKA Coach Dames’s DAUGHTER follows in her fathers footsteps taking place as HEAD track coach for Vernon Middle School as they take a 2nd place overall win in the Ontario-Montclair Middle School Track and Field Championships today.
- Congratulations 💪
(P.S. the track meet was held at the same school where CIF prelims will be held next Saturday 5/4/24 for some of our current Silverado Track athletes)

We finally got our schedules together for a family photo shoot (it’s been years!!!!) and as luck would have it, it’s the first time we’re not spending Thanksgiving together cuz the damn Flu took me out of the kitchen this year! 😩 At least I have these photos to look at! 😍
