A NOVA REVOLUÇÃO DO FITNESS🇵🇹
🚀 Competição de fitness para atletas de todos os níveis

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🌎 CHAMPIONSHIP DEKA QUALIFIED 🙏🏻

Aceptar, decidir y seguir trabajando.

Tanto mi compañera @zeza__barros como yo ya estamos pensando en qué sede volver a ir a darlo todo. Estamos convencidos de que podemos no solo volver a clasificarnos, sino de hacerlo mejor.

Hoy no será. Pero seguiré preparándome para cuando las circunstancias y el trabajo estén a la altura del desafío. 🏛️💪🏻

Siempre agradecido:

DEKAFIT TEAMS Madrid 19.07

This WE we meet for the first time since DEKA Worldchampionships!.

For me it is my first FIT Teams race since worlds.

As you know I was bedridden 4,5 months and the rest few weeks accidents, sick, weeks of heatwaves, forever untreatened Post Concussion syndrom dictates every breath&step of me. The list is long and noone gives a f anyway.

I am happy to meet my speedy spanish sunshine @noeliapt this WE. I am happy despite me being not me and not even close to any fitness of last year when we qualified (in 38 degree Valencia) and and... She is not walking away from me 🙏 I am just greatful that she gives me the chance to line up with her one more time🫶🫶

It will be a 3 races WE for both of us. And this is Nr3
It is also the 3 DEKAFIT Teams we ever do together.

Yes we only did Valencia, qualified and went to worlds which was our 2 nd race ever together!!

Will 3 be our number ???

I will try my everything to not let her down. And hopefully being a good enough support to get us at top 15 in the worlds ranking again?

If it doesn't work out it is sad, but on the other side I know she is already up there in the ranking and would still be qualified(less pressure on my shoulders I guess 😅)

I cannot promise anything.
Could I train anything to make me getting there, nope...
Did I wanted to, sure!
Was it in my power &will, nope.

For that day she is my Motivation 💪
