Some trips are all about the details.

When I discovered that a large group would be travelling on Delfin III, I proposed Delfin I to my clients instead.

With just four cabins, it offers a more intimate way to explore the Peruvian Amazon — and I felt it was a better fit for the experience they were looking for.

It’s one of the advantages of having a travel advisor who takes the time to understand what matters to you. It’s not just about finding a beautiful place to stay, but finding the right one for you.

I’m looking forward to hearing all about my clients’ time on the Amazon.

Planning a trip to Peru? Get in touch and I can help you create an itinerary that goes beyond the obvious 👇

🧡 Sunsets on the Amazon 🧡

We saw some stunning sunsets during our time in the Amazon, with the sky turning the most beautiful shades of orange 🌅

It's certainly not every day you get to experience the sun setting in a place like this ✨️

Visiting the Amazon certainly pushed us well outside our comfort zone… 🕷️🌿

And at the same time it was one of the most amazing and exciting adventures I’ve ever had ✨

Spending four days exploring the rainforest aboard Delfin III gave me so many magical moments that I know I’ll remember for a very long time…

🐬 Seeing pink dolphins at sunset
🦋 Watching a vibrant Blue Morpho butterfly flutter past us in the jungle
🌈 Spotting rainbows at the actual birthplace of the Amazon River
🦥 Finally getting to see a sloth in the wild
🛶 Kayaking through the Amazon river
🦜 Watching (and hearing!) scarlet macaws flying overhead
✨ Seeing the full moon glisten across the black water
🌿 Learning about shamanic traditions, plant medicine and ayahuasca
🐝 Getting up close with stingless bees

I’ve written all about our Amazon adventure on Deluxe Wanderlust - from the wildlife and daily excursions to the amazing food, the people we met and what it was like to cruise through the Peruvian Amazon.

You can read all about it at deluxewanderlust.com ✨

Thank you @delfinamazoncruises and @vivaexpeditions for so many unforgettable memories. 🐬✨

3 expedition cruises- 0 roughing it. If you LOVE one, getting you the best departure is what I do: send me a message! 🚢

1- Delfin, Amazon, Peru: exploring 5 million acres of protected Amazon on the first Relais & Châteaux cruise in the world? Yes please. 🦥

2- Aqua Blu, Raja Ampat, Indonesia: one crew member per guest, the most biodiverse reef in the world, all the water activities you could dream of. (South Raja Ampat departures start last November/early December 2026!) 🐠

3- Ultramarine, Antarctica: two helicopters so you can not only explore Antarctica by land, by also through stunning flightseeing. I’ve been to Antarctica, and I will say this is 100% worth it. (Heads up, this ship can book 12+ months out!) ❄️

Which one first? DM me the name and I’ll tell you when to book! Save this for when you’re ready! ✈️
