It’s been long overdue.
The journey has just begun… I’m grateful for everyone who has been there for me and helped me through this process, especially my mentors Tony Christodoulou, Dino Spencer, and Roosevelt Sousa and Lazar Stojadinovic. Thank you for always helping me learn, grow, and strive to be better every day.

I’m truly thankful for the opportunity to receive my promotion from none other than the legendary Master Ronaldo Delibero. It’s an honor to learn and grow under someone I have so much respect for.🥋❤️

Congratulations to everyone who got a new belt promotion and everyone who got a Stripe you all deserved it.

Couldn’t be more proud and happy with all the effort everyone put in and everyone that showed up to support their teammates. Let’s keep improving. Let’s keep the team growers.

🇺🇸 The journey comes to an end.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. 🇬🇷🇺🇸

Looking at the numbers for August, even with 10 days left, this summer really feels like a success.

When we started, I kept hearing that summer in Miami is a dead zone. Instead, we managed to grow the gym through it.

Being away has also given me some perspective. I realized pretty quickly that I’m going to become the bottleneck if I don’t build systems where everything isn’t constantly running through me.

So that’s been a big focus lately: SOPs, automation, better tracking, and building something that can keep growing without me touching everything.

At the same time, being back on the road with Phil has been great. Training everyone here in Sardinia, getting outside, and enjoying some pasta along the way.

We’ve made a lot of progress, but there’s a ton more to do.

And none of this happens without our team — @deliberojiujitsu Massimo, @lukerogers323 @trismizrahi, @konstantinos.charisis .
@brian_b_roman , who spends countless hours on the phone with me calling leads and helping me keep the backend running.

And of course my business partner @dino5thstgym can’t be happier we got our first big win with this business together

Proud of what we’re building. Back to work. 👊

My Jiu jitsu journey has been about self discovery, courage, determination and doing something for myself.

Here’s what I’ve learned in my three years and 555+ classes:
- No matter what life throws at you, just keep showing up
- The friendships are the best part
- No matter how many times I think I’m going to die, I don’t
- I’m grateful to be the first combat martial artist in my family
- Having my guy on the mats 🤌🔥

Thank you @5thstreetfightsports and @deliberojiujitsu for being so welcoming and supportive. You instantly made me feel at home and I’ll treasure this moment forever. Till we meet again. OSS! 👊
