We had so much fun with our Bae Area comic artists last Monday night 💚

We laughed and healed with:

“smash or pass” horror movie characters, washing our vegetables, reading ex’s to filth, appreciating how beautiful human bodies can be, and how wonderful it is when you find that someone who makes you feel safe and loved in bed.

And we hope that all of the Castro could hear @blueharecomix ‘s closing reading w/ @gaiaw.xyz on bass. Thank you for hosting and co-producing with @designnurd

Thank you as always to @queerartsfeatured for hosting us, and @leadbettersbakeshop for feeding us. You both help make this neighborhood a beautiful place.

Music: @birdcontrolband
Follow and book them 💚

We’re so excited to be back and to start 2026 with community lead activities.

💛We are still open every Monday from 4-9pm at @queerartsfeatured
💛We still have the quiet coworking room with fidget toys
💛 we are still a mask required event, ESPECIALLY with this new flu going around

💚And we will still have snacks thanks to the generous donations by Castro Community bakery @leadbettersbakeshop

We just want to offer more community connection activities as the world tries to convince us we’re better alone and indoors.

1/26 5:30-8pm : Tarot reading w/ @ginahallg
2/2 6-7pm : restorative flow based yoga w/ @awasay_
2/9 4-9pm : Valentines making with community donated felt fabric/paper
2/16 : Valentines Day Aftercare: A Horny Comix Reading w/ readings by local Queer comic writers @blueharecomix @designnurd @gaiaw.xyz @ritalately @turbocxnt @delightful.horror @junky.joa

We are still a free event, if you have any dollars to spare please give them to our guest artists/teachers

If you have even more to spare, please donate to our host venue @queerartsfeatured 💕
