Brian came in with a goal: get serious about bodybuilding.

The problem wasn’t effort—it was structure.

Like a lot of people, he was relying on short bursts of motivation… making some progress, then falling off and starting over.

What changed?

We built systems.

Instead of guessing day to day, he had clear targets—hit his macros, get his steps in, train with purpose—and more importantly, a plan he could actually stick to long term.

That’s what most people are missing.

Not more motivation. Not a “perfect” plan.

Systems that keep you consistent even when motivation isn’t there.

And it’s not about being all-in 24/7 either…

His plan is structured enough to drive progress, but flexible enough to still live his life.

That balance is what makes this sustainable.
