Happy Fridayyyyyyy!! Spend the day with me💚 It was a tough one! Visit my page for my health update.

Only that 9am appt got done. Momma was checked out after the news and had to come home and cry a bit 🥹 but I’m proud of me & thank all of you that left such sweet comments so so much. I appreciate every single one of you loads💖😭

Kaiden’s school ended up calling me to dismiss him as he wasn’t feeling well and something in me knew we both needed each other this afternoon❤️‍🩹

I had leftover turkey gravy...so I made a slight dupe of KFC famous bowl.

This was with rotisserie chicken, @delmonte corn and @bobevansgrocery mashed potatoes.

#AD Easy sides don’t have to be boring 👋🏻
This is your sign to grab a couple cans of Del Monte veggies and turn them into something you’ll
actually be excited to eat. Pantry-ready vegetables mean less prep, less chopping, and an easy
side that comes together in minutes. 💚
I made this simple green bean salad and it’s one of those recipes that’s perfect for a weeknight
dinner, meal prep, or bringing to a get-together!
EASY GREEN BEAN SALAD 🥗
2 cans Del Monte Green Beans, drained
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, diced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt + pepper, to taste
Add everything to a large bowl and toss until well combined. Taste and adjust the lemon, salt
and pepper to your liking. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving!
Del Monte makes it easy to keep quality vegetables on hand so you can spend less time
prepping and more time enjoying the food.

I ate this non-traditional Shepards Pie for three days…it was so good and the fix I needed!
(I did forget to add an egg to the mashed potatoes before baking)
Don’t mind the banging in the background. My husband was doing some home repairs.
