One of my favourite parts about posting on books Instagram is finding the perfect song to match my post. You may have noticed that these tend to come from my favourite artists - RAYE, Sabrina Carpenter, Fleetwood Mac, and more often than not, Taylor Swift. I thought it would be fun to come up with a list of book recommendations to read based on your favourite Taylor Swift era. This was actually really hard to do, some errors were so easy to find a good match for and others I struggled! If you’ve read any of these, I’d love to hear what you think! Based on my Eras Tour outfit, can you guess my favourite? 💜 Taylor Swift (Debut) 💚 This one might have been the hardest! I was trying to find books that fit the vibe of a teenage girl finding her way and finding her voice. These are all coming-of-age stories where a young girl discovers a new place and makes her mark. The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants is a classic!!! I loved this series so much. It’s a brilliant coming-of-age story. The Clique and Star Girl both focus on teenage girls moving to a new high school, only to be shunned for being different. In each they learn to find their way and experience bullying and pressure to change. Everything, Everything - what book better illustrates a young girl suddenly discovering the big wide world? This was such a unique read and I loved the film. Fearless 💛 This was a tough one, and I tried to lean again into a young girl going on a journey and finding her way. Ella Enchanted was my favourite book growing up, and the love story, quest, and humour all fit this album so well! It is NOTHING like the film just forget that 😅 Cherry Tree Ranch really fits the country vibe of the album, following a teenager who has inherited her family ranch and finds love along the way. The Luxe follows a beautiful young woman as she finds love and resists societal expectations - with disastrous consequences. I absolutely loved this series! Finally, Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac follows a girl who has forgotten the last years of her life and finds she’s not happy with who she’s become. Books I Want to Reread in Audio 🎧 Now that I’m FINALLY loving audiobooks, I’ve started thinking about all the books I’d love to experience again in a completely different way 🥹 I’ve picked a few of my favourites that I think would HIT on audio. Some I already know will be incredible and others I’m just very curious to experience this way! Check out my picks ➡️ What’s your favourite audiobook? Daggermouth by @hm.wolfe 🖤 My favourite book ever deserves to be experienced in every possible format! I already know I need to see what the audiobook does to me because I am simply not done with this book yet 😍 Fourth Wing by @rebeccayarros 🐉 Listening to the graphic audiobook for Iron Flame & Onyx Storm has me wanting to go right back to the beginning and experience Fourth Wing this way too. I already know this would be an absolute experience 👏🏽 A Dissection of a Murder by @jomurraywrites ⚖️ The court drama in this one would be SO good on audio. I can already imagine getting completely sucked into all the arguments and courtroom chaos 😅 Darkening Song by @delphineseddon 🎶 The singing, the atmosphere, the whole vibe of this book… I feel like this one was basically made to be listened to 🥹 The Women by @kristinhannahauthor 💛 This book broke me the first time around so obviously my next logical step is to listen to it and emotionally destroy myself all over again 💔

One of my last reads is With The Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo! It was so good and I highly recommend this YA read! ❤️ I’m super excited for the holidays and @laurenkjessen ‘s new book The Santa Claus Con! It looks like it’ll be so much fun to read! Books You Couldn’t Pay Me To… 📚 Some books I love so much that I genuinely cannot imagine ever being done with them 🤭 Here are the books you couldn’t pay me to stop rereading, stop recommending and the ones I could never forget! AOTD : My weekend was really good overall , I spent extra time with my husband. Went to the gym on Saturday . We actually got off work super early at my job Saturday morning. Before , 3 a.m. which , rarely happens. My husband made us his famous tacos. I saw my momma and sister and brother in law and , my niece and nephew.
