From Home to Home is a publication produced by our Develop youth collective 2026: Chandni Raithatha, Demelza Okwan, Tati Mallah, Jasmine Sandhu and Soumia Sadoun - to celebrate, we hosted a book launch which took place on Thursday 23 July.

From Home to Home explores the experiences of five women, each from a different diaspora, through archival and contemporary photographs, and through stories. It frames home not as a fixed or singular idea, but as an ongoing, collective conversation. From Home to Home contributes to a wider dialogue on belonging, visibility and the evolving fabric of one of the world’s most diverse cities – London.

Massive thank you and congratulations to the 2026 Develop Collective @demelzaokwan @soumiahappyoun @tatimallah @j.asminesandhu and @chanprincex for all their efforts in putting together this wonderful publication.

Develop is a three-year programme (2023-2026) that supports and commissions emerging creatives aged 18-24 through a series of talks and workshops around a photography-based outcome each year. This year the collective of five have been working on a publication and we’re so proud to launch it in our cafe.
