So we built the space. Warm-ups, a little activation, then straight into what actually matters the game.

Correction Day 121**

Day 121 of building a run club from scratch with a full-time job. 💯 yup this was not edited on same day

What happens when a Mumbai running club meets a night run, beginners, post-run chaos and board games? 👀

Off The Clock Edition 3. 🌙🏃‍♂️🎲

We started the night with a warm-up and a community run in Borivali West, IC Colony and one thing that genuinely makes me happy is seeing more beginners show up and take their first step towards fitness with Hundred Mile Society.

No pace pressure. No experience required.
Just show up and get moving. 💯

Then came the mandatory HMS post-run shenanigans. 😂

And because we’re trying to build a community beyond just running, we headed to Base Camp Board Gaming Cafe, Borivali West for a sponsored gaming session with Anirudh and the team. 🎲

We played a couple of games, laughed way too much, and somehow turned a running night into a proper community hangout.

They also have Dungeons & Dragons sessions downstairs… 👀
Safe to say, I’m coming back for that.

We also had Denise from Shoup join us, and we got talking about what HMS is building and what could come next. Nothing confirmed yet but let’s see. 👀

This is what I want Hundred Mile Society to become:

A free running community in Mumbai where beginners, regular runners, marathoners and everyone in between can come together, get fit, make friends and try new things.

Run. Socialize. Explore. Repeat. 💯

And then I went home because…
corporate life + office the next morning. 🫠
