Learning new techniques, making art, and meeting new artist friends made for a fantastic four days in @m.shemchuk ‘s “Power of 12: Abstraction by Design” at @woodward.contemporary . Thank you, Shem and Kers!
I went into this workshop with the idea to create 12 new pieces for @sawdustartfestival Spring Fling next April. I’m calling these my “Falling into Spring” series 🍂🍃🌸 (though with temps reaching 100 degrees in SD over the weekend, can we even call it fall?)
