In my running era 🏃🏻‍♀️💨
Not gonna lie… I actually love it here 🥲. I never really tapped into running because of runner’s itch, but shoutout to antihistamines for saving the day. Now that (hopefully) warmer weather is on the way, I’m really enjoying being outside.
After getting advice from seasoned runners and doing my research, I’m taking it slow to avoid injury. I’ll lift weights any day, but running outdoors is uncharted waters for me lol.
@hyroxamerica NYC is officially 90 days away, and since it’s mostly running, I’m training my body to adapt—both fresh and on compromised legs.
Here’s to new chapters in my fitness journey! 💪🏼

TRAIN HARD. It took me years to feel confident in the gym. When you don’t have a plan or know where to start, it can feel intimidating. Group classes are a great way to ease into your fitness journey, build confidence, and surround yourself with like-minded people. @corebalfit family—on to bigger and better things! Can’t wait to see the new facility! 💪🏼
