Want a brighter, more confident smile that stays beautiful for years to come? ✨

When it comes to enhancing your smile, choosing the right material makes a difference!

☕ Porcelain veneers are highly stain-resistant, helping your smile maintain its bright, natural-looking appearance, even if you love your morning coffee or tea.

🦷 Composite bonding can also beautifully enhance your smile, but it’s more susceptible to staining and discoloration over time.

Both options have their benefits! The key is finding the solution that best fits your smile goals, lifestyle, and long-term expectations.

At Spodak Dental Group, we’re here to help you explore your options and create a smile you’ll love showing off!

Great care doesn’t just happen in the treatment chair. It starts with the details behind the scenes.

At Spodak Dental Group, we intentionally bring our doctors and specialists together so collaboration can happen naturally throughout the day.

That kind of collaboration can lead to better conversations, different perspectives, and ultimately more comprehensive care for our patients.

Because sometimes, it’s the small details that make the biggest difference. 🦷

"A lot of meaningful conversations I have are about reflecting on where I am in my life and wheather I'm happy with where I am. And if I'm not, it's up to me to make that change. I can't blame other people. "
— @dentara__ , on Beyond Graduation 🎙️

Together We Rise … it’s more than a mantra at IGNITEDDS

Life is too busy … it’s too short to invest your time in people who either don’t want to see you win … or don’t know how to help you win

Today’s post challenge - share 1️⃣ person or company who has helped you get here - I’ll share a short list in the first comment - they’re tremendous people who can help you too

In honor of National Gum Care Month, let’s do the floss test!

If you floss, smell the floss and if it smells, your bad breath is a sign of red complex that causes inflammation and all the issues.

One of our favorite things is to introduce new team members (mostly Millennials and Gen Z) to the world of dentistry and the importance of oral health.

How do you share the basics of how to daily take care of your mouth with younger generations, so they get it?

Drop your comments!👇🏼😅

The one ? I wish every young dentist asked sooner … Who genuinely wants me to succeed❓

I sat down with one of my favorite people - @dentara__ who shared something that stopped me in my tracks. She didn’t talk CE - she didn’t talk clinical … she talked about something much harder to find …

The people who quietly change the trajectory of your career …

Most of us have/had bosses … instructors … advisors … but few have a person who believes in them before the resume catches up … someone who:

✨ introduces you into@conversations your not a part of

💯 challenges you because they’ve the future you

🎉 celebrates your wins without needing credit

👊🏽 opens a door knowing you’ll do something meaningful once you walk through it

Those people don’t just change careers … they change confidence and future decisions

One of dentistry’s biggest misconceptions is extraordinary careers are built on extraordinary knowledge. Knowledge matters … but knowledge is everywhere. What’s much harder to find is …

Someone who says “come with me”

It’s one of the reasons I surround myself with people and organizations that continue to invest in the future of dentistry. There’s a reason IGNITEDDS partners with Benco Dental … there’s a reason we host local study clubs … we host monthly virtual business sessions … we talk 1:1 to associates who want to own

There’s a reason we talk about how to BUILD DIFFERENT … b/c the longer I do this … the more convinced I am the most influential people are not just mentors and teachers … they’re the people who help you architect your future

Here’s my challenge … if you’ve found someone like that … TAG them here … thank them … who is someone who believed in you before you became the person you are today❓👇
