POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

As we begin to prepare for the upcoming year, it has become more critical than ever that you
‌
☑️ Guard your heart
☑️ Keep your focus
☑️ Protect and nourish your mind and spirit
‌
It is also important that you have the tools and resources that support your personal and professional growth and build your resilience.
‌
Today, I am sharing some of the #Charlotte based Licensed Therapists I have had the pleasure of serving and working with.
‌
In a world that constantly challenges our focus, strength, and peace of mind; stay intentional about building up your resilience and walking steady in your purpose.
‌
If you have other therapist recommendations, share your referrals and the states where they practice in the comments 👇🏾👇🏾

I want to share my heartfelt gratitude for those that collaborated with me to provide the "Self Care Gift". Thank you for gracing the venue with your gifts. My vision came to life thanks to God and you all.

Thank you Marsha @iconicbeautiful for your expertise and care as you led the women through the process of stretching their bodies.....extending past their norm, while providing relaxation and release from stressors. Teaching us to breathe & let go while connecting body & mind. Thank you for the reminders that we are fearfully & wonderfully made.

Thank you Melissa @originsofpeace for your powerful and intentional words that reminded us of who and whose we are. Thank you for bringing us back to ourselves in the midst of doing life. Thank you for sharing excerpts from your newly released e-book "From God with Love, Finding Peace Within".

Thank you Deona @deonamfrierson for your words of affirmation. Thank you for the encouragement to open our hearts & bodies for healing in that very moment, while trusting the journey. Thank you for holding space in such a therapeutic way.

Thank you Seneca @famoussenecamedia for your professionalism and skill to understand the vision and execute flawlessly. Thank you for capturing the passion of the event. I appreciate your creativity and the well crafted product.

Thank you to all the participants who traveled early, and stopped to receive the gift of self care....stopped to breathe, stretch, and expect healing to begin in their mind & body. 🫶🏽

EXCELLENCE (not perfection🙅🏾‍♀️) is a choice. I absolutely LOVE that we as Married and Engaged Couples invest in our relationships knowing and understanding that we are NOT and will NEVER be PERFECT! We choose to be EXCELLENT in every area of our lives whether it be our careers, parenting, finances, entrepreneurship and so on. You and your partner deserve the best- therefore deciding and committing to showing up in your Marriage daily in a spirit of EXCELLENCE is not only courageous but a choice. It may not always be easy but trust that God has you covered on your worst day. You and your spouse deserve to live and experience Healing, Wholeness, Wellness, Full Life, Abundant Life & an Excellent Marriage... @deonamfrierson 💜#TheExcellentMarriage #EveryMarriageExcellent
