✨Clean STUDIO vibes 📸 which one’s your favourite?

There’s something so timeless about a clean, plain background. It creates a solid foundation, allowing the focus to fall exactly where it should …on you.

Perfect for headshots, portraits and branding imagery, but this is just the beginning of what a studio space can offer.

As a photographer, I love the versatility of a studio. While I’ll always have a soft spot for natural light, the studio gives me 100% control over every element from the direction and quality of light to shadows, mood and atmosphere.

And that’s where the creativity really begins. The possibilities are endless when you can shape the light, experiment with different setups and create something entirely your own.

Clean and simple doesn’t mean limited. Sometimes, it’s the perfect blank canvas. ✨

If you’re in need of some timeless studio magic, I have limited availability remaining for the rest of 2026. If you’ve been thinking about updating your headshots, creating fresh branding imagery or planning a studio session of your own, dm or comment ‘STUDIO’ to check for dates 👌 and I’ll send you a dm with my availability ✨

@clickandconnect.au started from a small idea to get creatives together simply to ‘Play’ without any rules ✨ but it has become SO much more than that.

Around 50% of us are photographers, professional and hobbyist alike, with small business owners and likeminded creatives making up the other 50%.

It’s become a space to connect

A place to experiment and try new ideas

And ALWAYS lots of laughs!

It’s a space that whether you’ve been there multiple times, or you’re new to Perth and want to connect with likeminded slightely unhinged 🤣 creatives, it’s always there.

Every 3 months and always in a new location 📍So far we’ve hosted at;
@creativemaisonperth
@rose_cottage_perth
@parkerandstone
@_hoodstudio_
@loftonflinders
@thes7udio
The Bakery

Want to find out where we will be for our next event and final one for 2026? Make sure to follow this page and stay up with the latest because all will be revealed before the end of October 😉

I didn’t always believe this, but a COMMUNITY around you really does make everything better ✨ because you should never feel like your growing, creative or managing on your own 🫶🏼

This is exactly WHY I create creative and safe spaces like @clickandconnect.au 🎉 because sometimes we just need a space where there are no rules, no deadlines, just play and curiousity!

The next @clickandconnect.au isn’t until December 6th, but if community and confidence in front of the camera is something you’re craving, I have some exciting news!🎉😎✨

CAMERA CONFIDENCE is a workshop @aliciajvs from @innerqueenconfidence and I are hosting on OCTOBER 17th at this beautiful space @_hoodstudio_ And it’s something I’m proud to be creating along side another create who is passionate about empowering women and creating safe spaces.

C+C is about creating, but this workshop is completely open to anyone why is curious to set aside some time for themselves, explore ways to be more comfortable in front of the camera AND also get updated professional photos in the process!

As a photographer, I started out wanting to create and express my own ideas, but after over 14 yrs in the industry I realised it was never about me, but rather the people around me and what they need.

I want women to stop saying they’re not photogenic.

I want women to not be afraid to make time for themselves.

And I think women need more photos of themselves, so they can themselves from an outside perspective.

It may never feel like the right time, but if this resonates with you and you’re willing to trust a couple of passionate creatives to give you some great mindset and posing hacks AND the photos to prove that you’re bigger than your insecurities,

DM or comment ‘OCTOBER’ to receive the ticket 🎫 and registration link 🔗

Ever wondered what goes on at a photoshoot? ✨📸

This amazing Click & Connect event was magical beyond words ~ held at the stunning @districtstudio_perth, with the fabulous Danni @clickandconnect.au bringing it all together.

A huge thank you to @katemcallister_photography, @katmphotography & @depetris.design for making me feel like a princess all day. 👑✨

There’s something pretty special about seeing your book in front of the camera ~ and realizing that the idea for the novel all started with an afternoon workshop that completely changed the trajectory of my life.

And now my sights are turning to bringing that same novel & Collective Sparkle goal-setting workshop to France...because, you never know where one little idea might take you, right? ✨

Let me know in the comments what small idea led to big results in your life?

🎵 Thank you for the music by The Emotions ☆ Best of my Love

New toy at Bluebutt 👀

Finally got my first 3D printer and I’m very excited to see where this takes us.

Obviously we already have quite a lot of ideas we want to make but currently it’s a big help for us to create some extra parts and gadgets for our tools during our renovation project.

In the future we’ll be using it for our own projects, models and prototypes, but also opening it up for your projects.

So if you ever need something 3D printed, you know where to find us.

Let the 3D printing experiments begin 💪🏼

Always been the two of us.

The amount of creative dates and activities we’ve done as a couple made things now very easy.

We know what we’re good at and what each of us likes to work on. But when it comes to the question of who’s the creative one, there’s never been a difference.

Neither do we believe that people are not naturally creative. Creativity needs space. You just need to do it.

And it’s a lot more fun doing it with someone you love. 💗

The amount of side projects we’ve taken on to make this space happen makes me believe this might be our biggest art project yet.

They say artists need to starve to create their most honest work. We’re hoping that’s outdated advice.

We’ve definitely left a few more coins on the table than we initially planned, but I guess that’s part of the game.

We’re still deep in the process, so thank you for being patient while we figure it all out.

We’re gonna tell you why we created Bluebutt Space.

We know there are beautiful spaces already available in Perth. They were created with love by small business owners, owners that we met, studios that we booked and workshops that we visited.

And we loved every single one, and there is no intention of putting ourselves down as competition in Perth.

But we missed a space that felt like “in the middle of making”.

With my background in design and public art and Davide’s love for handmade furniture, we started projects here and there and thought, how cool would it be to have everything and everyone you need all in one place. The tools, the paint, the space, but also props and equipment to document your work, to photograph it and to create content. And imagine this all in a community. Inviting artists to share their work through workshops, allowing you to participate and learn new skills. And maybe one day you build your own lamp, paint that painting or finally feel confident enough to document your process.

That’s why we’re here.
We are currently looking for, and will be reaching out to, artists who would like to put their name down to host the first workshops.

So if you have an idea on how to use this space, please reach out. 🤍
