POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Maybe this is your reminder 💜
You are not behind. You are not just the business.

You are not "the strong one"
who never gets to need anything.

There is still a woman behind it all —
with dreams, a body, and a heart of her own.

It's time to come back to her.

Comment RESET if you're ready
to start choosing her again —
I'll DM you the free Tuesday Reset RSVP link. 💜

When did you last check in on the woman behind your business?

— Melissa Smith, the Reset Coach

This is not medical advice. This is a coaching practice — behavior change, moving forward toward your goals, shared from my own experience for educational purposes only.

I’m required to get solar… but I still get to choose HOW.

So, here we go. I’m officially starting my solar research, and I’m taking you along with me.

Because when something is a major investment in your home, I don’t want to just hear, “This is the best option.” I want to understand why.

I’ve already had one company come out and give me a presentation, and I’m meeting with another one so I can compare.

And I have questions.

What does it really cost to own vs. lease?
What about the battery?
Where should the equipment be installed?
What happens to the system when I eventually sell my home?
Who is responsible for repairs and replacement?
And one of my biggest questions: what about EMFs and having this equipment attached to my home?

I’m not a solar expert. I’m just a homeowner trying to make an informed decision. And I figured if I have these questions, maybe some of you do too.

So I’m going to document the process, compare what I’m being told, and share what I learn along the way.

If you’ve gone solar, tell me what you wish you knew BEFORE you signed.

Have you ever known something was a good idea… and still almost talked yourself out of it?

That was me with Disconnect to Reconnect.

Weather looked uncertain. Scheduled it the same day as the Taste of Soul in LA. That little voice: Maybe change the date.

I didn't.

And baby, the day wasn't perfect. I forgot things. A glass shattered on my knee. The plan changed in real time.
It still became better than I imagined.

Tonight on Freedom Tea Talk: trusting your gut, keeping your word to yourself, and knowing when doubt is just dressed up as logic.

As we step into a new year, my prayer is simple 🤍
That you find peace in the joyful moments and in the struggles.
That you see God’s presence not only in the beauty and mountaintops,
but also in the everyday and even the broken places.

May you carry peace into every season—
the celebrations, the waiting, and the growing.
Sending love and blessings from Maui. 🌺
Happy New Year ✨

Gina Rabbin posted this on her feed earlier, and I felt compelled to share it again. It resonates with my approach to guiding clients toward progress. Many individuals struggle with perfectionism, which hinders their advancement. I hope we can recognize the value of incremental progress over perfectionism, which often leads to stagnation. There are seasons when life feels like it’s moving forward with momentum…

And seasons when it feels like we’re paused — reflecting, questioning, adjusting, or simply trying to catch our breath.

Lately I’ve been sensing the need for real space… not more scrolling, but conversation.

So I’m hosting a free Zoom gathering on Tuesday, February 24 — a guided conversation for women about how this year has truly begun for us, what feels heavy right now, and what thriving looks like in this season of life.

This isn’t a workshop or a class.
It’s a welcoming space to connect, listen, and not feel alone in the process.

If you’d like to join us, comment PAUSE below and I’ll send you the registration link. 💜

The greatest love there is…
is a love willing to lay down its life for another.

Today we celebrate love —
but the truest love was shown on a cross.

Grateful for that love today.

Last night's hike was exceptionally beautiful. The temperature was pleasant, the scenery was beautiful and the conversations were uplifting. We were even blessed with a beautiful big owl sighting. 🦉
