Happy National Aesthetician Day 🤍

If you would’ve told me 5 years ago how much this career would mean to me, I don’t think I would’ve fully understood it. Being an aesthetician has become so much more than a job. It’s getting to connect with people, build trust, help someone feel more confident in their skin, and create a space where they can take a breath and just be.

I’m constantly learning, growing, and finding new ways to show up for my clients, and I feel so lucky that this is something I get to call my career.

To every client who has trusted me with their skin and their time in my treatment room, thank you for being part of my journey. You’re a huge part of why I love what I do.

Today, we’re celebrating the people behind the skin. 🤍🌈

Happy National Aesthetician Day to the Aestheticians around the world who pour so much care, knowledge, and intention into what they do. The ones who educate, empower, build confidence, create space for people to feel seen, and remind us that skincare is about so much more than skin.

To our Prime Theory team and our incredible ambassador community of trusted aestheticians, thank you for being part of what we’re building. Your passion for this industry, your commitment to your clients, and the work you do every day are what make this community so special.

Here’s to the hands that heal, the minds that educate, and the people who make this industry what it is. We’re proud to be in it with you. 🖤

Happy National Aesthetician Day, from Prime Theory Skincare!

WE. HAD. A. TIME. 🫧✨🌈🪩

Foam, skincare, good music, amazing people, and just the right amount of chaos… exactly how a launch party should be!

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out to celebrate Prime Theory Skincare with us. The energy was immaculate, Wichita showed OUT. 🖤

We’re so damn grateful for everyone who has supported us, hyped us up, and helped bring Prime Theory Skincare to life.

Consider this your official sign that Prime Theory Skincare has entered the chat. 😉

A HUGE thank you to @hawksnestict and DJ Zeb for helping make this night what it was!

Last week, we traveled across the country to Oregon for several days of hands on training with @joeglow 💚! When it comes to our clients, we’ll always believe that continuing education is an investment worth making.

Massage and lymphatic work have always been incredibly important to me personally, so I’m beyond excited to bring the techniques I learned back home to @redavfinedaesthetics . There is something so powerful about slowing down, working intentionally, and understanding how the body holds tension.

And now… we’re officially certified in Intraoral Buccal Massage. 🤍

As someone who personally experiences TMD and has been receiving buccal massage for years, this one feels especially meaningful to me. I’ve experienced the difference firsthand, and I cannot wait to bring that same level of care to my clients.

We’ll also be incorporating foot reflexology and more in depth foot massage into our services, creating even more opportunities to ground, release, and fully settle into your time on the table.

ESTIES!!! Never stop learning. Never stop refining your craft. Never stop finding new ways to care for the people who trust you.

A huge thank you to @joeglow for such an incredible week of education, connection, and hands on learning. 🫶🏼

And if the videos from this trip seem a little slim… it’s because we were too busy locking in for y’all!

Still finding the words for this weekend. 🤍

Stepping into the world of the healing arts has been such an eye opening experience and somehow, it brought me into the most beautiful relationships with @auricblackwood and @jolynnrising .

From the conversations to the energy, the connection, and the absolutely incredible sound bath ceremonies, this weekend felt like the beginning of something really special.

There’s something so powerful about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. I left feeling inspired, grounded, and so excited for what’s ahead.

We are beyond excited to bring @hausofalchemyhq to Wichita and create a space where healing, connection, and intentional experiences can all meet.

This truly is only the beginning.

THROWBACK THURSDAYYYY🤩

Oh how far we have come! As most know, Prime Theory Skincare has been in the works since 2018. Before getting its full rebrand we were Routine Skincare! There were some formulations that we just couldn’t let go that have made their way over- some with new names, some with new ingredient decks, but still the same love and care as always!

Mint wash —> Alpha Wash
Bio cleanse —> Bio Wash
Surge Spray
HelioCloud
A3SN —> Signal Serum

Join Derek for a closer look at the science and vision that brought Signal Serum to life.💓

Designed to target the signals that contribute to dark spots and uneven skin tone, Signal Serum goes beyond surface-level brightening to support a clearer, more radiant complexion. Thoughtfully formulated with science-backed ingredients, this serum helps interrupt the cycle of discoloration while promoting a more even-looking skin tone over time.

Watch to hear the inspiration, research, and purpose behind the innovation.
