This year I wanted to do two main things physically. Run a marathon and run an ultramarathon.

Just checked the last one off the list.

Thank you to my brother @derekflodmand for joining me on this journey and for helping me push the upper limits of what I thought my body could do. And to his amazing wife @shhelbey for saving us at mile 25 with sugar and shelter for 20 minutes while I climbed out of a dark hole to keep pushing!

Can’t wait to put our body and minds to the test again to see what we can do! 🙌
