The Trademark Physiques team is growing!

We’re incredibly excited to officially welcome @derik_jam to the team as our newest Assistant Coach.

Derik has been part of Trademark Physiques as an athlete, and we’ve had the opportunity to witness firsthand his work ethic, discipline, leadership, and dedication to the sport of bodybuilding.

From competing in five shows last season to continuously investing in his education and development, Derik has proven that he embodies everything we stand for at Trademark Physiques.

As our team continues to grow, our priority remains the same: bringing on coaches who lead by example and genuinely care about helping others succeed.

Whether your goal is to step on stage, build muscle, lose body fat, or simply become the strongest and most confident version of yourself, Derik is ready to help you get there.

October - 121 lbs

@katie.bikini.pro absolutely melting it and reshaping very nice right now

This is the importance of a proper season setup before a show, and going all in without missing variables. In the last 13 weeks Katie has seen drops every single week (not a week we didn’t drop at least 1 lb) strength in the gym has levelled out right now to a point we are not really progressing however we aren’t dropping either which is ok

7 weeks to go till the big dance 💃

If only it were as simple as adding 5lbs every week. Maybe we’d all be lateral raising the 100s by now, and I! For one! Would welcome this reality
