Education creates possibilities. 📚✨

Charakids Foundation and the Folakemi Fadipe Memorial Scholarship are partnering to support students of Ife Girls High School, Osun State, as they begin the 2026/2027 academic session.

Created in honour of Folakemi Fadipe, the scholarship reflects a family’s commitment to creating opportunities for young girls through education.

On 24 September, we’re putting that commitment into action — supporting girls to stay in school, learn and pursue their dreams. 💙

Kindly support this collaboration. Every financial contribution helps us reach more students and create more opportunities.

Details on how to support are on the flyer.

For 32 days, families have waited.
For 32 days, classrooms have been incomplete.
For 32 days, loved ones have hoped and prayed for the safe return of those abducted in Oyo State.

We, at Charakids Foundation, join our voices with countless Nigerians in calling for urgent action and the safe return of all those still in captivity.

Every child deserves safety. Every child deserves protection. Every child deserves to come home.

Some people write because they want to, some people write because they can but others write because they need to. Aderinsola Akinwumi, @derinrites belongs to the last category.

In "Live Your Design", I have resounding words that refuse to leave me but they also points towards the heart of the writer; that lives may be touched, thoughts may be influenced and lives altered for good.

"Your past may explain you but it doesn't have to define you"

"You were intentionally and wonderfully crafted by a God of excellence, birthed into existence with design, detail and destiny in mind."

"There is no prize for winning a race you were never meant to run. Embrace your uniqueness"

"Your gifts don't need to be grand to be good. Your obedience doesn't have to be loud to be powerful, but it must be real."

These words are a balm to a healing heart and an outstretched hand to a willing heart. I will always remember them and you will find words that stay with you too when you read "Live Your Design". It's a brilliant push into purpose, an eye-opening message of one's inherent value and a resounding call to significance and impact. I recommend "Live Your Design!" 💯

CharaKids Foundation is not connected in any way to the reports currently circulating.

To set the record straight, our team visited Sunview Hotel, the alleged venue, and confirmed that our organization was not part of the programme.

Our mission remains focused on sustainable development goals 2, 3 and 4, not child labour or advocacy. Thank you all for your continued support.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT — PUBLIC NOTICE

CharaKids Foundation’s attention has been drawn to recent reports in circulation linking our organization to a programme in Akure connected to the case of a missing man. These reports, published by some media outlets, are inaccurate and misleading.

We wish to state categorically that CharaKids Foundation has no affiliation with Trace Project and was not involved in the said programme in any capacity. Our last outreach was our Children’s Day event in May 2025 at Emure-ile, Owo, Ondo State, and we have not organized or participated in any programme since then.

At CharaKids Foundation, we focus strictly on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2, 3, and 4 — Zero Hunger, Good Health & Well-being, and Quality Education. We do not run Child Advocacy initiatives or Child Labour-related programmes, as these are outside our mission.

We are currently conducting our own investigations and engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure this misinformation is corrected. For clarification or to share credible information, please reach us directly via charakidsfoundation@gmail.com.

We remain committed to our vision of putting smiles on children’s faces and appreciate the continued trust and support of our community.
