Clock In ⏰🏊🏾‍♂️🚴🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️

Stack days and racking up some mileage. In July, I clocked 51 sessions for a total of 2:13:16:56.

Definitely entered a new phase of training. Motion Over Emotions!

48 days until Ironman CA 🌴

Two mindset shifts:

Double days are normal now. Lift + Trail Run

Showing up for others at your inconvenience is a rare skill.

Good seeing you. @cliffordfajardo

🏃🏽‍♀️ Happy Global Running Day!

When we started this silly little club, we thought maybe a handful of people would want to run a few miles and eat a pastry afterwards. Somehow that turned into hundreds of runners, dozens of burgers and burritos and bagels, LA’s first-ever Cookie Crawl, and a community we love

Thanks for showing up, and for trusting us when we say things like “it’s an easy three miles” and “the line won’t be that long”

We’re also excited to share that Amazon is supporting our run club and recently launched The Run Shop, a destination for running gear, shoes, apparel, and more

👟 Check it out at amazon.com/running

Now go celebrate Global Running Day the way it was intended: with a run and a pastry (ideally both at the same time)

Happy Global Running Day 🌎🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Who would’ve thought this would be my life. Blessed and grateful I have the ability to run another day.

The running lifestyle doesn’t seem so bad after all! 😏

What if your next race had nothing to do with your time?

@derrickvsworld didn’t just run two marathons… along the way he found identity, connection, and confidence.

Sometimes the “pointless” goals are the ones that change everything.

2/26/26: bibs secured!!

We briefly met our charity @teach_for_japan and only spent a moment at the expo vendor area. Sensory overload. I know there were a bazillion goodies and raffles to be had-- but it was just overwhelming. The queues. Japanese love queues.

60min for a photo opportunity with our bibs at the "finish line" was about all we had in us by this point. The photos are kinda almost worth it though 🙃

Met up with Derrick & Krista for some food court munchies after grabbing a loaf of bread from @muji_global (their Pullman loaf is amazeballs)

Lunch could have been better... but along with queuing-- the Japanese also close food establishments from 1pm to 5pm... which leaves foreigners like us wandering around aimlessly and hangry.

Mediocre meal, but the company and conversation was top tier 👌
