Doesn’t matter what you say; YOUR ENVIRONMENT HAS THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE IN WHAT YOU BECOME.

This is fact.

Remember, It is also your duty to contribute to that environment, with the REAL you.

The individuality you bring and the “building” of others in that environment.
Each piece or person around you makes the difference for that particular moment in time.

You are special you do bring something to the table, maybe you have not created the right environment or found the right one for you yet.

Maybe you’re not finding the right environments because you have too many boundaries or not enough.
Only you know, so be ethical to yourself and choose justly, not just emotionally.

Everybody deserves the shake they’re willing to work for.
Nothing is free of effort.

Hours worked is a slave mindset, we’ve been conditioned into.
There is more value in you than an hourly wage!

Get yourself a solid environment and surrounding cast of stellar individuals that want to do the same… and 🧨💥.

Everything changes, because there ain’t no charge to the human soul that can match what a solid ass community brings you.

I know the power my presence brings into any environment, and it helps me thrive knowing I’m truly giving something special to that environment that helps everybody win.

I want you all to win.
Let’s win.
Period. Full stop.

Big news at IvansFitness 🎉
As we continue to grow, we’re raising the bar again — this time by welcoming our newest coach to the team, and she brings something a little different to the table.
Meet Desaray, our new in-person coach. As a woman on the team, she brings a fresh source of motivation for our female clients, showing exactly what’s possible when you commit to your training. Her addition also means more personalized attention and support for everyone we coach.
Bigger team, better coaching, more individualized care for every client who walks through our doors.

Here’s to the next chapter. 💪🥇

You can’t change that it’s Monday, but you can change what your Monday looks like….✍🏼

Monday is the first day of our week, for most of us. Sometimes we get caught up in the Sunday scaries so much so it bleeds into how our Monday goes. Learn to set the tone for a good, positive and beneficial week.
Reframe your thoughts to rewire your brain. Small steps can lead to huge results as long as you keep consistent 🔑
YOU are in control to set the tone for how you want your week to play out. The day is yours; what will you do with it? ✨
xoxoxoxo love you all and always be kind(to others AND yourself) 🤍

PURPOSE — WEEK 1 ✝️

Last week we stepped into our September theme: PURPOSE.

We were reminded that our lives have meaning beyond ourselves. We aren’t here by accident—there is intention attached to our existence.

But discovering purpose isn’t only about asking, “What am I called to do?” Sometimes it requires asking what we’re willing to surrender in order to become who we’re called to be.

So as we move through this month, we want to leave you with one question:

“What is our purpose calling us to submit to?”

What habits need to change?
What distractions need to go?
What areas require greater discipline, obedience, or sacrifice?

Purpose gives us direction—but submission prepares us to walk in it.

Your life has meaning. Your existence is intentional.

When in Moab, Utah it’s a must you go cliff jumping with @moabswingers 🤩 And when you go make sure you have a off-road vehicle so you can experience the drive to the cliff 🧗‍♀️😸

We wrapped up August focused on identity, and now that you know who you are, it’s time to shift gears and discover the why behind who you are.

God created each of us intentionally and for a reason. As we step into September, we’re diving into PURPOSE—learning how to recognize it, walk in it, and use what God has given us for His glory.

With just two months left in the season, we encourage you to come out and experience a community rooted in faith and strengthened through fitness.

Let’s finish this season strong—together.

September: PURPOSE. 🎯
