Unloaded table start on 7yd/55yd targets. Open/hostage/open. Different confirmations required and very different speeds permissible.

Aside from needing to have a firm understanding of grip, trigger press, and confirmation levels, this is a very big test of knowing your gear and zero accordingly AND to train under the brutal Arizona sun. In light of recent events I felt it relevant to keep up to par on this.

Stay dangerous homies. ⚔️

The Desert Rain Forge × LaRosa Training Services Equalizer.

The Equalizer was never designed to penetrate vehicle doors. Its purpose is aggressive cutting performance. But when it came time to pressure-test the design, we drove it into a vehicle door 6 times before the tip finally chipped.

Many blades aren’t built to withstand that kind of abuse. The Equalizer held up far beyond its intended role.

This blade isn’t for everybody.

It’s for end users who demand purpose-built equipment, proven through testing rather than promises.

@desertrainforge Just want to give thanks to Julian from Desert Rain Forge. Truly grateful and humbled to own a piece of your custom knife work.

This knife may look like just a tool to some, but to me it represents much more — discipline, craftsmanship, obedience to the craft, and faith in Yahweh.

Your work carries the hands of the maker, and I’m grateful to own a piece of that artwork. Thank you, brother.

If you’re in Arizona or anywhere in the country, give Brother Julian a follow. If you want true craftsmanship, passion, discipline, and love for the art of knife making, Desert Rain Forge is the real deal.
