With so many social media and internet coaches out here confusing and flooding the market with their BS.

It is more important than ever to have real coaches stand up!

We have superpowers! Let's use them for good!

#bookofthemonth for June is @bishopjakes “When Women Pray”. I picked up this book doing a photo shoot in DC. Be sure to have a journal handy when reading… trust me you will need it! At the end of the month I will give you guys a video or blog review of it!

Let me know in the comments 👇🏾 what book(s) y’all reading this month. Don’t have one to read, join in and read this one with me! 💕

Sometimes people don’t get it.

It? Yeah, my personality. It confuses TF out of people.

As an only child with parents from HUGE families; AND an ARMY brat…I mean we are lucky I even talk to people! 🤦🏾‍♀️🙃🤣

In all seriousness, it has taken years of work (therapy, coaching, reflections, classes, books, etc.) to get comfortable with the fact that I am multi-layered creature.

💜 I LOVE talking to people (that I want to talk to). Sorry not sorry 🤷🏾‍♀️
💜 I LOVE being at home on Friday nights and brunch on Sunday afternoons.
💜 I LOVE Matlock!
💜 I LOVE laughing at myself & other people 🤦🏾‍♀️🤣.
💜 I LOVE doing what serves me & protects my energy.

Mostly, I LOVE helping people. It's one of things that brings me joy. I don't do it for clout. I do it because it reenergizes me.

✨What about your personality confuses people?
✨How have you accepted who you are?
✨How are you serving yourself?
✨What brings you joy?

Looking to dig deeper, gain clarity & do the work? Let’s chat (schedule a free discovery session). Link in bio.
