Lately I’ve been super intentional about what I start my mornings with and this little combo has been helping me feel lighter, more energized, and way more regular 💨✨

First up: @serene.herbs Soursop & Black Seed Bitters. Let me be real — it’s BITTER (and I mean bitterrr 😅), but that bold taste is how you know it’s the real deal. These herbal bitters are rooted in Caribbean tradition and used to support digestive balance and reset your gut. Since adding 2 tablespoons into my morning routine, I’ve noticed less bloating, more energy, and a smoother flow during the day 🙌🏾

This is my go-to gut ritual now. If you’re looking for something that supports your digestive health and helps you feel lighter and more balanced — try it. Use my code DESIRE10 at checkout via the link in my bio to save.

And to top it off, I mix in my @prfct.hydration packet for clean, daily hydration 💧 It’s zero sugar, no dyes, and packed with electrolytes and B‑vitamins that support energy, focus, and metabolism. It helps me stay hydrated up to 3x faster than water alone — the perfect balance with my Serene Herbs morning ritual 🙌🏾

Your morning sets the tone — why not make it a powerful one?

Life got loud, but I’m back.

I stepped away for a second because I was overwhelmed — balancing training clients, building @desireherco , and managing life (including a new puppy 🐶😅).

But I’ve been moving in silence, refocusing, and rebuilding my routine from the inside out — mentally and physically. The gym boredom, the lack of structure, the burnout, I felt it all. But now I’m in my winter arc era. 🔒

Clean eating. Daily movement. Locked-in discipline. And consistent content. If you’ve been needing that push too, this is it. Let’s finish 2025 strong — together and comment some tips that we all can use to lock back in💥

✨ New content weekly
✨ New energy
✨ Same mission — to become HER.

Life lately 💕 Between running @desireherco, growing @desireherbody, working with @bodiedbybrachel , and connecting with amazing women at @ceobaeonline … I’m beyond grateful for the lifestyle I prayed for 🙏🏾✨

So if I’m not posting, just know I’m working, building, and staying locked in. Everything I asked for is on my plate now, and I wouldn’t trade it for nothing. 💪🏾

✨ Prioritizing my health this year looks like THIS ✨
I had my first visit with @agelessmenshealth here in Houston and WOW… from the consultation to my IV treatment, I left feeling so refreshed and energized 🙌🏽💧

We started with a full wellness consultation + bloodwork to check everything from hormone levels to vitamin deficiencies. Before I even left, I decided to get an IV loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants for hydration, immunity, recovery, and clean energy — and I felt the difference instantly.

The next day I found out my blood panel was perfect ✅ and it just reminded me how important it is to know where your health stands.

If you’ve been feeling drained, run-down, or just ready to take your wellness seriously — book your visit with @agelessmenshealth.

Full Body Burn 🔥 (STEAL MY WORKOUT)

Today’s workout was a full-body shred with deadlifts, mountain climbers, box jumps, erg skis, DB squat to presses, reverse lunges, and push-up toe taps — and I felt every rep.
This one had me sweating, shaking, and leveling up at the same time.

No shortcuts, just sweat.
Right now I’m focused on shredding down, tightening my waist, and showing up for myself daily.
That means movement, clean meals, Solidcore twice a week, and discipline on repeat.

The work adds up — and baby, the results will too. 💪🏽💧
If you’re in your get-snatched season, I’m right there with you.

👉🏽 Comment “🔥” and join my Snatched & Active Community chat to lock in and move with us all summer.
Let’s get these results together 🫶🏽

No gym. No excuses.
Just us, the hills, the stairs, and pure grind at Buffalo Bayou.

I’m not just out here running through a workout—I’m testing it. I’m making sure it’s the real deal before I bring it to my clients. If it doesn’t make me sweat, it’s not good enough.

If you’re tired of waiting for results and ready to actually work, meet me next Tuesday at 9 AM for a group session right here at Buffalo Bayou.

📍 Meeting Spot: Near Eleanor Tinsley Volleyball Court
🗓️ When: Tuesday, 9 AM
🔥 What to Expect: Hills, stairs, bodyweight strength, and good vibes.

DM me “Buffalo Bayou” if you’re ready to join, or just pull up. Let’s get after it together.

No gym. No fancy equipment. Just me, the hills, the stairs, and my mindset.
I said I wanted to push myself — so I did.

This Buffalo Bayou cardio workout had me feeling every single step… but that burn is what we want. That’s where the results are.

If you’re tired of quitting on your goals, meet me out here.
Save this, try it, and if you want me to coach you through it, DM me “Buffalo Bayou” and let’s work.

I’m not playing this summer, and neither should you.
