Mindset is key! 🔑

These are the most common objections we hear from people new to the gym:

☑️ “I don’t want to give up enjoying my life for Fitness” ☑️
✅ You can enjoy life MORE with fitness ✅

You don’t have to give up everything that gives you joy! There are always healthier alternatives and practicing moderation. Not to mention being healthier and physically fit allows you to get more out of life, not less.

☑️ “I’m scared I’ll get judged.” ☑️
✅ Everyone starts somewhere ✅

Most gyms are the least judgemental places because most people start as beginners. And if you find a gym that has a non-judgment supportive community, (like ours 😉) then you’ll feel that support even more.

☑️ “I’m too tired to exercise” ☑️
✅ Exercise gives you energy ✅

Sure, exercising can make you tired...in the moment. But it gives you energy in the long run! Especially after becoming healthier and physically active.

☑️ “I do well for a while but I then lose motivation.” ☑️
✅ Find support through friends, partners, and community ✅

Accountability is huge. On those days we don’t feel like it (and there will be a lot of them) it’s crucial to have a person, group, or coach to keep you on track!

☑️ “I’ve tried so many times and failed.” ☑️
✅ Everyone deserves a second chance ✅

When the alternative is not feeling good, having low energy, or inability to enjoy your day-to-day life, you have to give it another shot!

Once you realize how insignificant these objections are and how beneficial and positive life can become, you’ll wish you tackled these sooner. It’s simply a mindset.

Just ask our members :)

P.S. Most gyms just say it but we actually do have the best community in Chicago. Happy Holidays #FitFam!
