The funny thing about milestones is that the number is usually the least interesting part.

We take pictures like this when someone hits a big number.

But…

What if what matters most is everything we can’t count?

Because we can’t count the first time she realized she was stronger than she thought.

Or the friendships made somewhere between walking through the door and grabbing a spot on the floor.

Or the confidence that grew little by little without announcing itself.

We can’t count every time she surprised herself, laughed through a camp, tried something new, or walked out feeling a little better than when she walked in.

And maybe that’s the coolest thing about progress.

So much of it happens while you’re busy living your life.

Then one day, you’re standing there holding a 200 and realizing… wow. Look how far I’ve come.

So yes, today we’re celebrating 200 camps. 💙

But mostly, we’re celebrating Destiny, and all the things that number could never tell you.

Congratulations on 200, Destiny. We’re really, really glad Burn gets to be part of your story. 🥹💙

Trainer. BA. Hype girl. Costume enthusiast. Professional bit-committer. 😂 And just a downright amazing human.

Hayley is one of those people who just does it all, and somehow makes all of it better simply by being there.

She’s smart, so darn funny, and loved by everyone because she loves people SO well. She shows up. She listens. She cares deeply. She’ll hype you up, make you laugh, and you never have to ask her twice to commit to a theme day, costume, or completely unnecessary shenanigans. 😂

We are so incredibly grateful for the energy, heart, brilliance, and FUN Hayley brings to our team. She makes Burn Suwanee better, and we hope she feels just how loved and celebrated she is today. 💙

It’s our way of recognizing a few team members who truly represent the heart of our gym.

This recognition isn’t based on job title, how many camps someone trains, or popularity. It’s about the people who consistently live out our core values every single day.

The ones who put people first.
Who lead with integrity.
Who communicate well.
Who bring incredible energy and effort.
Who choose positivity, even on the hard days.

They’re teammates who step in without being asked, support those around them, take pride in what they do, and leave our gym better than they found it. They’re invested in our members, our community, and the culture we’re building together at Burn Suwanee.

Strong Mom Minis were such a blast! 💪✨

It was so inspiring to watch these incredible moms step in front of the camera and celebrate their strength while showing their babies—of all ages—that being strong and beautiful go hand in hand. From the hard work put in at the gym to the love and dedication they pour into their families every day, these women are setting an amazing example.

Strength isn’t just measured by what you can lift—it’s found in perseverance, confidence, and showing up every day for the people who matter most. These sessions were a beautiful reminder of that.

How lucky are we to get a little bit of Destiny in our days?! 🥹💙

She’s the kind of person who walks into a room and instantly makes it lighter—equal parts fun, funny, and just the right amount of unhinged silly (in the best way). The kids in childwatch adore her, our team adores her, and honestly… we all probably laugh a little more when she’s around.

But it’s not just her personality…she shows up on the floating floor! She works HARD in her workouts, stays consistent, and brings the same energy to herself that she gives to everyone else. And somehow on top of that, she’s insanely creative and talented too?! Like… pick a struggle, Destiny 😜

She’s a joy. Truly. The kind of person you’re just grateful to know, and even more grateful to have on our team.
