2026 Provincial Championships — 4 Medals for Destiny Boxing! 🥊🥇🥇🥈🥉

What a weekend for Destiny Boxing

We came home with 2 Gold, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze, but there's so much more to be proud of than the medals.

I'm incredibly proud of our athletes, their commitment, their preparation, and the way they represented themselves and our team..

A huge thank you to ALL our coaches. Not just those who were in the corners this weekend, but everyone who put in the hours helping these athletes prepare. These moments are built long before competition day.

To our supporters and sponsors, thank you for continuing to believe in our athletes and what we're building. We don't get to these moments without your support.

I'm proud of how far we've come as a program, but even more excited about where we're going.

We'll take a quick moment to celebrate, appreciate the wins, learn from the experience, and then it's back to work.

Nationals are next! 🇨🇦

The hard work is done.

Nine boxers competing at Provincials starting tomorrow. One athlete in Mexico competing at the Pan Am Continental Championships starting Saturday.

At times, it can feel overwhelming, especially when I focus on everything that needs to get done and go well between now and competition day.

Then I stop. Take a deep breath. And do what I tell my athletes to do…

Stack the wins of your preparation. Draw confidence from knowing you’ve put in the work. You haven’t taken shortcuts. You’ve earned the right to be here.

When I remind myself of that, I can feel a smile starting to come across my face.

The work is done. Now it’s time to show up and have some fun.

We do this because we choose it.

What a great day to be alive!

Are you a woman over the age of 50?
You don’t have to want be a boxer or already be in great shape... We actually prefer the opposite. If you want to start learning something new and meet some great people...

Our challenges combine boxing for cardio along with skill-building, increased balance and coordination, strength building, nutrition guidance and the support of a community.

Jill just finished our Fall Back 4 week challenge at 67 years young. Her measurements showed she lost 5% body fat and put on muscle while increasing her endurance. She really enjoyed the coaching and accountability;

“Getting back to eating properly was the missing piece.”

And Jill’s advice? “You just have to show up.”

Next up our Holiday Head Start Challenge
Curious how many weeks the challenge runs or how often you’d train? DM us “CHALLENGE” and we’ll send you the schedule and details.
