Book the massage! I’m so glad I did cause it went amazing and I feel like my whole body has reset! A #lympthaicdrainage massage helps with water retention, bloating, cellulite, and your cells are clean and happy! It’s an underappreciated system in the body and it deserves love too ❤️ I went to @detox_mt she’s located in #draperutah

If I’m not cutting, coloring and styling the wedding, I’m not participating. 😌 @detox_mt with her being the sweetest human being alive pulled me out of my lifetime wedding ban. All to meet her bulldog Louis who is the cutest pooch I’ve ever met and I broke in to their house and kidnapped him after they left for the ceremony. A little snippet from one of her shoots we did last week. Glam by the talented @atrumakeupartist. Going to bed now.

Kicking off Our 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭 - 𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 in Bogotá, Colombia 🇨🇴 🎓 Dr. Alfredo Hoyos’s Total Definer Protocols provided an in-depth exploration of advanced liposuction sculpting using HD Lipo techniques to enhance body definition and natural aesthetics. We learned about rib remodeling to refine the torso shape and the importance of personalized post-op care protocols. Key patient recovery milestones were emphasized, including critical care on day 1, progressive improvements by day 8, and optimized results by the 2-month mark. Combining art, anatomy, and innovation, these protocols showcase a new frontier in aesthetic body sculpting and post-operative recovery.
